That's disgusting..... the worst part is that 90% of the programs don't work and won't work. It will only destroy the child, who then has mental problems,and how many times it ends in suicide. Or is killed by the guards of these institutions during "detention". And they often force their "patients" to "detain".....

It's so scary how manipulating and dishonest they have been without any reprecautions.
