Sucks. I busted mine trying to adjust the arms. It just kept springing back up

Your lower the monitor all the way down. Then tight the joint with an allen wrench. You twist it towards the + sign. Give it like 10 - 15 good turns.
Then raise the monitor up and down slowly to make sure it holds.
Mine works fine.
