Nice seeing Siargao recovering from the devastating super typhoon but you can still see the damage to its famed coconut forest. Anyways it would be nice to know the details on what wrong information was on the original flight booking so that we can learn how to avoid such costly mistake. Looking forward to the rest of your adventure in Siargao.

Terminal 1 & 3 are for all airlines, terminal 2 is dedicated to Philippine airlines only and Terminal 4 is for domestic flights only. Also just a tip don't purchase and eat anything in the airport. Everything is expensive. Like water have gold in it. So I always eat before coming and bringing my own water. I love how positive you are despite what happened with the ticket and scooter.

Went there for my 18th bday this month and didn’t wanna leave the place! It really does make u wanna stay there for longer. If you got the chance to visit I recommend Kermit, it’s owned by one of my friend’s father and they also have one in La Union
the ticket in siargao has always been more expensive than the other islands actually.
I understand the frustration with transportation in the Philippines, that’s why whenever I’m abroad I try out their transport system. I love how organized and on time their system is plus they’re very understanding with foreigners needing assistance. I miss traveling overseas ☹️ But, I also love traveling the Philippines. You just have to research and find transportation services so it’s more fun and less hassle.

Try to eat saang and boodle fight in Siargao and go to sohuton in Socorro island. When you go to Siargao from Manila or Cebu the is very expensive. Pro kung pupunta ka ng Siargao na gs2 mo mkatipid mg trucking po kayo papunta ng Surigao City then sasakay uli kayo ng tricycle to Pier ng Surigao City at don na kayo sasakay ng barkp papunta ng Siargao kc taga Surigao po ako.

Love watching this series just to see how a foreigner would react to what the Philippines can offer. Where did you book? I was always warned not to take Cebu Pacific because it was always delayed or cancelled. Philippine Airlines is better but more expensive. A lot of vloggers there that I watch. Most popular was "8 miles from home". British with a child and made Siargao their home.

You should try La Union too. So many beautiful beaches here and even other tourist spots like falls etc. . Sunsets here is so woah 1000/10🤧♥️

It’s sad, but I’ve learned not to let my English speaking relatives talk whenever I’m paying for tickets or doing reservations in local resorts or touristy areas because some do charge you double if they know you’re from abroad. 🙁
Dahun Villas? You stayed in Malinao area for the first 4 days then. I love that area it's quiet. We were there in Dec when the typhoon hit. We lived in the house down the "road" after Dahun's entrance. Yung gate na may vines haha. We had to leave at 5 AM but got worse luck up in the hills lol grabeee. Did you meet a little boy there? Tom? :)

The tricycle ride reminded me of that same ride on our way back to our hotel in Coron… it was so dark and kind of scary kasi aso lang makikita sa daan 😭😂
Visit Moalboal is a great location to stay if you're deciding to explore the south of Cebu where all the adventures are. Kawasan falls canyoneering, sardine runs and turtle. Aguinid falls then to Oslob Cebu whale shark watching. Park Hyung Sik had been there last 2018.

I'm sorry but what happen to your previous booking? I had a problem with my travel fund with Cebu Pac and I can't make it online when we went to the NAIA T3 to have it rebooked, we were told that they can't accommodate us in the line because their cut-off was 2pm. What a hustle! I told to myself, CEB you can have my money, damn you! I'll never fly with your F$%^^@! airline again!

If you're traveling domestic flights in the Philippines expect a lot of hassles. If it is not delayed, it is cancelled. It is never fun traveling in the Philippines.
