French Quarter 2024 New Orleans Christmas Halloween Jackson Square NPS

Come along for a deep dive into the French Quarter of New Orleans, Louisiana!
Begin with a walk along the Mississippi River waterfront, and then cross over to Jackson Square and in St. Louis Cathedral. It’s Halloween, so “Michael Jackson” is making his Thriller moves outside the church (!). Continue into the French Market and its kiosks.
Continue with a deep-dive into each lengthwise street of the quarter, beginning with Decatur and ending with Rampart. Soak in the architecture, restaurants (Napoleon House and Court of Two Sisters), and shops, and enjoy the occasional Halloween or Christmas decorations! On Decatur, stop for a jazz performance at the Jean Lafitte National Historic Park!
End with an sunet concert from the balcony of the New Orleans Jazz Museum, followed by a few nighttime shots in the Quarter.
Recorded over several days in October and November 2024, with both Halloween and Christmas theming present.
