Classic Loki Costume went from silly to most epic costume in my eyes. When he was conjuring the city of Asgard the cape in the wind....thst was an comic book panel...
Classic Loki is a G !!!
Dude the little thor was throg!!! Yall missed it
I'm 99 percent sure it's another Loki variant.
You all do realize that wasn't just any old Battleship, it was The Eldridge from The Philadelphia Experiment!
As Mobius said, Classic Loki sacrificed himself “so that others may become the best version of themselves”
Great catch didn't think of that.
Great catch….and now it makes me think of what the writers could do to rip our hearts out and have Sylvie sacrifice herself so that our Loki can become the best version of himself…
Now THAT is glorious purpose!
@@AValidPointUHave Sylvie and mobius have so much potential in upcoming movies
I don't think they will just kill both of them easily
@@har5814 and then there’s gator Loki crawling
As an old lady, I remember Loki exactly as Richard E. Grant portrayed him here. Sorcery use, theatrical laughter... he did a magnificent job of igniting memories and I adored it.
How old are you if you don't mind me asking?

This is so awesome.
I'm also so glad the MCU rewards its fans of all ages (both in terms of casting and easter eggs).
Hector: Sees Throg
Also Hector: I'm telling you, we're about to see Throg
They called you out at the end lol
😂
@@nrgao Lolz they sure did! I didn't watch until the end of the video. To be fair, I didn't catch it at first either. I just found it funny that he was looking directly at it and said "I'm telling you, we're going to see it soon" lol
I was just about to say that...hehehe
"im gonna burn this place to the ground." "good, you can start with my desk." - Loki & Mobius, Ep 1
"what will you do at the TVA?" "burn it to the ground." - Loki and Mobius, Ep 5
I seriously hope that if an S2 is happening, Loki, Mobius, and Sylvie all travel the universe together as a chaos-creating trio. I had hoped back in Ep 3 that we would get all 3 in the same scene and I WANT MORE!
B15, C20 & Casey as the backup trio 👌🏼
Nah, Mobius is riding a jetski into the sunset at the end of the next episode.
Mobius is going to takeover the TVA and getting everyone new job roles and setting new work culture.
It’s the only show of phase 4 that you can find already being renewed for season 2 besides what if
@@Drummer4President isn't C20 dead?
Unless she's in the Void
Not afraid to admit I cried a manly tear when Loki and Mobius embraced each other. The strongest friendships come out of adversity.
hell yeah me too
started making his own destiny in becoming a better version of himself

Anyone notice the incorporation of “Ride of the Valkyries” into the Loki theme when Classic Loki illusion projects Asgard? It’s funny, because it’s a musical movement, part of the famous Ring Cycle, where Valkyries prepare to take fallen heroes to Valhalla and then sing a battle cry, which, techinically, the old Loki does right before his heroic end.
And, if that wasn’t enough, in an interview I heard with Natalie Holt, the show’s composer, she basically said the shrill strings in the Loki theme were inspired by the strings section in “Ride of the Valkyries”.
Man, I love this show.
Noticed this immediately and it made the scene so much more glorious. Sent shivers down my spine. Amazing performance by Richard E. Grant
I noticed it, but figured I was just hearing things. That's a neat touch.
I inmediatly noticed it but how you relate the role of the Valkyries with the sacrifice of Classic Loki made it so epic now!!! Thanks so much!
Dang they pumped this one out fast… you love to see it
I love that Mobius says "You're my favorite" and Loki now thinks he was talking to him, but Mobius was actually staring at Sylvie while he said it, lol.
Mobius just loves Lokis
"We're about to see Frog Thor" literally seconds after they showed Frog Thor lol
Throg in that glass bottle was amazing 😂😂
Sadly not many people noticed it. I paused it and went back cause I was like nooo way.
forreal lol
Also, mjolnir and the thanos copter.
@@abcdefghi2749 yes everyone saw that
i like that richard e grant-thor's backstory was that common fan theory on how loki could've survived the fight against thanos
I loved that they included that
Yep! We even see some weird shaped debris floating away IN Infinity War.
Richard E Grant's Classic Loki poses with his magic was amazing. Best episode yet!!
Didn't expect this quickly!
Great upload, guys.
Can't believe we have one more episode to go this season.
This show has been nothing but phenomenal, in my honest opinion.
@John Fischer but, but… you can go back and watch it now. Why would you skip it lol
the pacing of this show is the best out of the 3. i won't be comparing genres because they're all different, but at a narrative pov... yeah. wow.
@John Fischer that’s really strange but ok
There's a good theory going around that rather than straight up Kang, it's Immortus behind the TVA, keeping the sacred timeline intact so no other versions of Kang come about, which is why he's not been around before now. Whatever Loki and Sylvie do causes the sacred timeline to no longer exist allowing for Kang to be come into being and then of course leading onto the next Ant Man.
Thats a great theory cant wait to see the end
Or maybe King Loki working for Kang, just like the begining when loki/thanos was a thing
this is a great theory, i hope its right......
Plausible. But not happening.
You almost got it man!
What if, once Loki dismantles the TVA, we go back to Infinity War and see Loki conjure an illusion so great that it fools Thanos into thinking he killed Loki. Loki finally gets his happy ending without the TVA taking him from the timeline.
Omg thats good point
Well I think the whole point of that story is to tell is that that is already what happened in Infinity War. Loki is still alive in the main timeline. Thanos didn't kill him, already.
Theres another Kang Easter Egg in the episode. QENG is on the old Avengers Tower which is in the Void. Kang is the CEO of Qeng Industries.
Interesting!
Yes so many Kang Easter eggs. But the creator of the TVA is gonna be a Loki. A good Loki vs a Loki that has mastered it all. But maybe Kang is behind that helping him. But this is about Loki. Doubt Kang will be in the finale.
The Sphinx is also a great hint at Kang. It doesn’t has a female face, but a male one. And not just any male face. It is modeled after the actor, that plays Kang in the future Ant-Man movie. Bigger nose, smaller eyes, bigger chin. Rama Tut was just an alternate version of Kang the Conqueror in the comics.
Gator Loki cracks me up when I see him.
They knew it too. So many quick shots of just him stoic or blinking. Loved him xD
Yes. I love that they treated him as a full-on character with the reaction shots. I only wish they'd captioned his grunts and growls.
Adding post credit scenes to you videos that's is 5head right there.
I was laughing my ass there when you missed Frog Thor and waited 'til the end xD

10 seconds later: "We're gunna see frog Thor!"
I was all ''You just saw him!"

I'm really thinking that Grants Loki might've foreshadowed how Loki could survive Thanos if put back in his timeline. Excited to see how this all resolves.
Unless he just gets put into the main timeline
I think it just tells us that the Loki we already saw in Infinity War did that and is still out there. After the TVA is brought down, Classic Loki will leave his hideout in the future and find Thor.

Hector: omg!
Agustin: gasp
Adam: Bwahahaha
Ok so as a cinematography lover too, the opening scene really got me as well. I know everyone says the obvious about the turning things upside down, but the elevator reveals the infinity symbol/hour glass designs as it spins, giving the shot an hour glass being flipped effect. I love that.
This episode could have gone on forever and I wouldn't have minded
Hear me out
The Reel Rejects, Blind Wave, and Heroes Reforged are variants of the perfect reactor group
@@MontgomeryWenis 🙄
We've established that looking the same isn't the only way to be a variant, as seen with the various Loki's in this episode
@@MontgomeryWenis Someone else sees it too. I thought it was just me.
I think it will be King Loki at the end of time. He's set up the TVA and that's why the TVA is so focused on pruning other Lokis.
But King Loki may have worked with Kang in order to accomplish all of this. Because I don't think even the most superior Loki could have figured all of this out by himself.
This is what I believe. I wonder if they have a guest star for a King Loki? And since he's gender fluid I wonder if "King" Loki will even be a Male actor...
@@darcskies777 Remember we haven't seen Tom Hiddleston in Loki's Thor 1 costume yet
Maybe it could be him
Well whoever it is has to be a scientific genius. Loki is not that, thats why he had to bring in Erik Selvig and other people to help him in The Avengers. He could've done the same here but if it's JUST him I don't think that works.
I've been saying this from the beginning
The show is called Loki.
The protagonist is Loki.
The variant he was recruited to hunt was Loki.
So of course the villain behind it all in that castle is probably Loki.
Superior Loki. Coz that's been the debate since episode 1.
They really have the guts to use Cloud Monster again, but boy they did delivered
Wanda and Vision fought foils of themselves, Falcon and Winter Soldier fought foils of themselves, so Loki fighting a variant of himself would line up
Fighting versions of yourself is the new blue sky beam 😂
The screen writers: I'm gonna give the HQs fans everything they want
I believe we are going to see King Loki, there was a scene in the trailer showing him that we have not seen yet.
Maybe the person showed him what Loki could have
@@priZma_101 that is a possibilty
I think that might be our Loki at the end
I just love the score of this series. It is absolutely amazing.
I think the guy in the castle will be none other than king loki . . The show has been all about him, so won't be all that surprising to find another variant of him pulling all the strings.
Has to be King loki. I do like how he met all the different Lokis that accompanied all the things he has wanted. Make sense to meet the loki that is the one thing he craved for so long. TO BE KING!
I'm so glad you guys did go back and catch him LMAO. Glorious episode for a Mischief show that I adore!!
Old Man Loki's projections are second to none, what a badass.
Raise your hand if you stayed until the end of the video.
Still waiting, hope you found Throg in the episode.
It's the proper way too watch it! Get to the end, then comment :)
🙋🏾♀️
I'm with Agustin that it's likely an Evil Loki variant. I think the common thread of these Disney Plus stories is that they're self contained so that even audience members not familiar with the comics can enjoy. And for them, despite all the Kang Easter eggs, introducing Kang as the primary antagonist in the dead last episode would feel like it came out of nowhere. For the resolution to make sense for the average audience, it'll need to be someone the audience has already been introduced to in some fashion, which an Evil Loki variant would be exactly. It also goes with the show's theme of what makes a Loki a Loki. It would allow for this story to have a set resolution by the end of the season.
As for Kang, at most, I could see Marvel do what it did with Thanos in the first Avengers movie and tease him in the post-credits or as Loki's story resolves. I definitely think Kang is different than Mephisto was in WandaVision because we know Kang is coming and the overwhelming number of Kang connections, but I think Kang will remain a background element since the show hasn't actively built out Kang outside of the comic references.
Finally, my one other prediction is that something is going to separate Loki and Sylvie (likely one of them dying but possibly something else). I've heard that chat under the blanket/tablecloth many times in shows (maybe we'll figure out what we'll do after this is over together), and I can't think of a time where that ends happily.
I'm with Agustin. I think the main Villain is a Loki variant. If you think about the last episode and especially with Loki being stuck in the loop with Lady Sif, they made sure to keep highlighting the phrase 'You are alone and you always will be'. And in the elevator when Sylvie asks Renslayer what her Nexus event was and she replied 'I don't remember'....I think her Nexus event was either she betrays one of the Lokis and the other one ends up killing her, therefor Loki has to kill himself leaving the main Loki saddend because he did love someone else but still ended up being alone....what better place to be alone always then at the end of time. It's a paradox, he creates a place at the end of time to hide himself away and enchants all the variants to prevent Sylvie from finding out who he was so he wouldn't fall in love with her again.
I think you're absolutely right, I think Kang is most likely gonna be a Mephisto type situation
💯
@@raecakes079 Although a bit different since we know for certain Kang is coming into the MCU :)
Classic Loki, honestly he proved to be my favorite Loki with that moment.

Glad to be part of your journey!
So funny,Hector predicted seeing Throgg right after they show him in a jar underground.
Love the use of Ride of the Valkyries...
The person that created the TVA has to be Loki to go with the story of the show. The show is all about 1.) finding your true self 2.) defining fate 3.) free will is real. So having the ultimate face off between the super evil, created by fate Loki vs the Loki of the show who sees where his choices will lead him, and he is changing as he goes.
It’s gonna be awesome either way
Well it doesn't HAVE to be a Loki. Honestly, if its just another random Loki behind everything this show will absolutely fall flat for me lol. That would just be disappointing.
Seeing Adam turn into the Hulk at the end of the show was great!
This is the best reaction video! This episode is the best thing marvel has done
Hector putting his hands up and starts clapping is my favorite Hector reaction forever.
Oh my God this episode twisted my mind, all my theories out the window. One more week will take an eternity!
remember this "He Who Remains"
This episode has made me want to read Loki comic books. This is the first character from the MCU that Ive ever had that desire for! Seeing all these Lokis and their personalities was amazing!
I love that they used the USS Eldridge aka the Philadelphia Experiment ship.
“That’s a sassy gator.”

This show has been incredible and honestly, the idea of Loki having to face against the most evil version of himself or even a THOR THAT TURNED EVIL LIKE HIM excites me more than Kaang showing up in the show. The thematic weight behind Loki having to face himself or witness a variant of his brother having turned evil and growing through experiencing what he had placed his brother through would be so goddamn powerful...
Also, Frog-Thor happened and my mind is blown lol
Thor or even a variant of Thor showing up has less of a chance of happening than Kang or Immortus.
@@jerrymathewninan6739 totally agree it is much slimmer of a chance, but it works thematically!
I love how each Loki has their own talent they specialise in. Sylvie with enchanting, Classic Loki with illusions. Makes me think that MCU Loki could learn all their tricks and become more powerful. He already learned how to enchant.
What a show. This is my favorite series so far. Great reactions and talk. Thanks for sharing.
Opening shot and music set the stage for episode. Can Owen Wilson be my pizza guy? Felt like final boss in game. Classic Loki sacrifice was glorious! My favourite episode out of 3 Marvel shows thus far.
Theory:
It's "He who remains", which in this case is Mobius after burning the TVA to the ground. He realizes for his friend Loki to find happiness he needs to create the TVA and make everything like it was so it can happen. So Loki and Sylvie find Mobius there, who at that point is "He who remains".
Yup, it be a frog. And DAMN! Agustin with the analysis from the writing point of view. I couldn't agree more and I hope it is spot on. Loki finding himself at the end of time, a version of himself that achieved everything and beyond what his old self wanted and solidifying in his mind and heart that that is not him anymore, he has fundamentally changed and he's better for it...
(and I know many will be disappointed because they want the big reveal, the big connection to what comes next but this is such a better story)
Thanks!
In a show called Loki, about not just one Loki but multiple Lokis. And knowing the nature of a Loki, having a Loki behind all this is almost the obvious answer
Yes!!! You guys dropped your reaction early. This series has been amazing.
"Is that a tiny thor in a jar?"
"This is my favorite place! I know we are gonna see frog thor!"
Timing!
yeooooo, what if alternate Ravonna started the TVA and is actually an alternate version of Kang?
Got emotional when Classic Loki conjured Asgard. In what little we knew it shows his love for his home and family.
This episode was chockful of references! Other than ThanosCopter & Throg, there was also Red Skull's _Valkyrie_ ship, a Helicarrier, Ronan the Accuser's _Dark Aster_ *and* the head of a Living Tribunal, along with a giant Yellowjacket mask?! So in one timeline, Darren Cross became Giant Yellowjacket and then was pruned by the TVA while still in giant form?
The person up in the castle is King Loki! The only version of Loki we havnt seen from the trailers is King Loki
Sylvie and Loki and Loki and Mobius in this episode was so heart warming! I loved the other Loki variants and the power of the classic Loki was awesome!
Classic Loki went out like a badass - Great use of special guest cameo on these series. Gr8 job, Sir Richard Grant
This marvel guys are genius, with only 1 episode old loki become a hell of a character.. amazing sacrifice.. what an episode my god
Thank you so much for noting how INCREDIBLE this show is. The dialogue is so important, and integral to the heart of this beautiful storytelling. 💚
Thank you guys for uploading so quick this week it was hard waiting 3 days for you guys love the vids!
Not only did we get to spend time with Classic Loki after all these years we also get to feel the frustration of a comic book ending. Surprise to see the end of this story arc you must wait until the next issue is released. Still it was so great to see the Loki we've been missing in action.
Honestly, I think the whole scene of Classic Loki recreating Asgard is my favourite thing in the whole MCU that scene was absolutely phenomenal and amazing to watch 🔥🔥
Given the history of these shows I wouldn’t be surprised if the creator of the TVA was another Loki.
Came here to wait for the finale reaction! God what an episode!
the sphinx is another reference to Kang, or his alter-ego Rama-Tut and his time travelling sphinx.
no mention to the Ride of the Valkyries score when classic Loki is flexing? ..... hmmmmmmm.....
I feel like Adam got a little emotional when Loki hugged mobius. That’s what makes this channel so great! You all care about these characters and it shows!
I think Loki is in the castle, and he thinks he's ruling but its actually Kang using him as a pawn. Because its always Loki thinking he is ruling or trying to rule and always failing.
I want a spin-off show “six Loki’s and a Mobius”
"I guarantee we're about to see Frog Thor." You did. That was the little guy, some people have said.
Watch till the end of the episode. They caught it.
@@jerrymathewninan6739 Ah! Cool

It is legitimately wild that Augustine wasn’t a Loki fan before this show. He didn’t even care about him. Crazy.
The music in the background when Old Man Loki is summoning Asgard...a variation of Ride of the Valkyries was playing!
The Avengers tower said Qeng(pronounced Kang). There was also a giant Antman helmet and I think a x wing fighter.
OMG Classic Loki RIP is my new favorite moment in the MCU
I feel like we will not meet Kang as he's gonna appear in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. I feel we're gonna meet a Variant of Kang - more specifically, Immortus. This version of Kang actually has a connection to the comic book TVA.
This is exactly what I feel too. And Immortus has castle in limbo outside time protected by a watchdog (in the comics, it's Tempus, but here it's Alioth)
We were mostly proven right. They didn't explicitly name him, but the Kang variant is clearly based on Immortus.
Calling it now. It's gonna be King Loki. I remember that part of the trailer there was an ALL gold throne. That looked Asgardian and we haven't seen that yet.
You guys are here fast!! Yes! Thank you! I do not have to wait! Love your reactions man.
I love that right after they saw Throg and didn't realise it was Throg, he mentioned Throg. LOL.
This episode was so damn awesome and I can’t wait for the finale next week, but I also don’t want it to end yet. My favourite Easter egg in this episode was probably throg, was not expecting that
They're both hourglasses, AND infinity symbols. They're infinity symbols drawn in the shape of an hourglass. Nice touch, really. And because of the way the TVA logo was designed, that same shape is found in it between the V and the A.
I believe that is indeed Immortus fortress, but with a twist:
The same way they merged Lady Loki and Enchantress into Sylvie, they’re possible merging Ravonna and Nathanael Richards into an Immortus variant that is behind TVA. The Quantumania Kang is simply another variant yet to be developed
Seeing Loki call someone his friend and Mobius riding a jet ski is all I need haha.
Sees mobius “he’s a Loki”
Me “this doesn’t make any sense…Na nothing makes sense here man”
Well, until the ship landed, Mobius was the only non Loki in the place. It made sense to wonder. Later we learn that everybody else dumped there have been eaten.
Throw a stone and you will hit a Loki 🤣
King loki! The loki who claimed a throne he has been after. Did this variant overthrow Odin and now runs the joint. Don't think it could be anyone else if it is based off the title Loki.
Ouroboros the snake that swallows its own tail, symbolizing the cyclical nature of time. The first Loki that gets to the end of time, goes back to the beginning and starts up the TVA.
Loved the discussion lads.. all good points discussed, you all know your stuff.
Thanks!
I think another Loki will be the enemy. Narratively makes sense.
It's in the trailer.
Alligator Loki is easily my new favorite, also I'm happy that this went up faster than the last reaction
