Back in 1975 they were the opening act for the Rolling Stones Tour of the Americas. Nobody paid attention to them and to be honest I didn't either. What a shame. One of my favorite roots bands.
I'm no attorney. But I doubt that claim would warrant a successful lawsuit. The lyrics are different. And so is the background music. The only similarity is the message of asking for a better world.
