Mate, there is no way you’re metabolism is 1000 cals or even 500 cals above the average people your weight/activity/whatever stats.. consistently lift heavy and count you’re fucking macros to where it’s a surplus and see if you don’t gain weight you lazy piece of shit.. i am TIRED of hearing these “hardgainers” complain as if they have a metabolism of someone QUADRUPLE their size.. chances are your BMR is maybe 100-200 higher than others (and im being kind here)
