    Excellent presentation. A lot of love went into this. Not only making miso, but to make videos is not easy.
    Please don't dismay and teach us more. This was lovely. I mostly identify that I personally choose traditional grinding, and do not like unnatural noise of machines 🤗 so thankyou again.

      I also wonder if the machine heats the miso in a similar way that it can spoil pesto.
