+tmc emt ~ You're welcome, glad you are enjoying.
A timeless tale of a dystopian future along with a dash of faith...one of their best stories overall📻. Thought-provoking backed by appropriate cover art. Thank you, 🌁☀.🍷
George Orwell’s “1984” classic certainly inspired the author of this story. Thanks for the upload.
1 of the more thought provoking ones...thank you for uploading these great stories!

Brilliant tale.
Love these. It's interesting that they are "nostalgic", but have somehow stood the test of time :-)

Great story!
Clever..got my attention..thanks Chilly.
Reminds me of our current politically correct society.
Excellent.!
Well... This looks like an amazing episode! Can't believe I havent seen it before...
I'll never read 1984 again (except the discursive notes at the end) because the dystopia is too close to home in the world we now live in. I'd say much the same of this episode except that it's not a book-length experience - I can take 45 minutes of political horror with a measure of relief at the conclusion. EG Marshall's little come-to-Jesus talk after act 3 was a bit doctrinaire for my taste but that's ok - and then the jolly little jingle on the heels of a truly creepy tale was a surprise I can only describe as delicious.😋 Thanks, Chilly - great episode and terrific artwork!
A little 1984 mixed with V for seasoning
Alexis was a truly clever and shrewd, she was stronger than her fiancée was.
And now we're learning that the women in the 50s-60s civil rights movement were doing the bulk of the planning, organizing, boots-on-the-ground leadership and physical risk-taking while media focused on the male movement figures. And in the era of horrific Nicaraguan and Salvadoran internal conflict I couldn't help noticing the nuns were primarily the ones braving assault, torture, mutilation and death to help the common people's cause against the oligarchs and military thugs. There were plenty of male heros in those troubled times too of course, but I've believed for a long time that women are fundamentally stronger than men.
Nova, I hope you're still getting reply notifications after three years because even though I got here late I want you to know I appreciate your post.
