Just started Albion five days ago! I'm having a blast so far! I do feel overwhelmed at times since there's so many directions you can go when you're a new player. This video is extremely helpful and my mind is a little more ease. Thanks man and keep up the great work!
Nice to hear man :) Yesterday I decided to create a new guild which is very beginner friendly. If it sounds interesting I hope to see you on my Discord!
You bring up some very mature and good points. Too many people forget the reason why they're playing the game. I just started playing Albion the other day and I'm absolutely loving it. I nurture my curiosity all the time and don't really care about getting rich quick or having the best gear. I've already bought a Premium subscription with real money so there's no rush.
We get to be beginners only once, and get to experience the curiosity that comes with being a beginner only once as well. No matter how much fun I have in Albion Online after all these years, the most excited I was about the game was in the early days by far. Although I understand the 'rush to endgame' many players have, I'm happy I left that phase behind me and can stand still to appreciate the game for what it is. I wish you a lot of fun in Albion Hiraldo, and based on the words you've spoken I have no doubt you will!
I really appreciate how you emphasize enjoy the game over farm till you burnout, ppl often farm for the sick of being competitive instead of enjoy the game
what ya mean its a classic click to collect shit / repeat rinse repeat / grind 24/7 call it whatever from the 3 things you want how you enjoy a repetitive grind of just a single material to get to elder tier with the insanely pressure of the gankers coomers and every low iq guy that just fucks your day cause he plays a few day weeks year more than you anyway overal the game is fun as long you stay in yellow like you re limited if you don't join hands with ppls id rather had 5 bots in my teams than i interact with ppls to enjoy it myself
U should talk faster, i usually watch videos on 2x anyways, but again thats just imo, other people might have like brain dmg or smthing so they wont understand if u talk fast.
Your pace was perfect. Maybe you could slow down a TINY bit but it wasnt enough to detract from the video. Blown away by the quality of the information within the video - especially as a semi-new player. Keep it up Leyvi!
Solid advice all around. For me, the number one advice that I'm missing is this one: don't be afraid to die. When I've started playing for the first time, I was hiding in blue and yellow zones, farming up to be able to go do the other, more enjoyable and rewarding activities. In hindsight, that was really stupid. My first day in black zone I made more money than in a week of "working" in blue or yellow zones. I also came to appreciate the pvp aspect of this MMO much more after actually engaging in it in its various forms. If you click on your profile and look at the stats, you won't find a death count, only a kill count. So don't worry about dying a hundred times. Jump into 4.1 gear, and go out there and have fun!
@@NoCodeWithDavide if you understand solo as playing only by yourself, I would say no. If by solo you mean not joining a guild, and doing activities with your friends or other players you meet in-game, I would say yes.
@@morellonomicon1828 Don't worry about specs. As long as you can wear t4, and are t5 reaver, you're good to go. You'll die at the beginning, but there's always bigger fish (so there's no cutoff above which you are safe), and you mostly get better by learning when to run, when to engage, how to avoid fights, how to pick those you have a chance to win, how to counter your opponents, how to time your abilities etc. Nothing to do with specs, and it's something you'll only learn by playing. Specs do help, but the fastest way to bring them up is to fame farm in black zones in the first place. If you want, hit me up in game (Starsh1tTrooper) if you're up for some shenanigans in BZ (I'm Bridgewatch-based).
AMAZING CONTENT! This has to the best beginner video I've seen in a LONG time! That's a subscription outta me! Thanks again and see you on your discord server!
Yw dude just play Albion however you like. I enjoy Roads a lot currently so that's about all I do. Out of the 9 months I've played ever since making videos I maybe used my focus for 1 to 2 months at most - which is a 'loss of a lot of money' but at the same time I don't want to do a single thing I don't enjoy so not using my focus and losing money helped me with not burning out.
Remember kids, you can ship yourself from city to city for 0 silvers while naked with empty inventory. Just search the item names in shop. You dont have to have them in your inventory to know sell prices
I think many got confused because of the footage. Even with instant travel it'll take you a lot of time to go through a bank full of items in all the different cities. Not worth imo unless you have a lot of time, really enjoy doing this or simply can't do anything but chase maximum profits.
You are the first person I have ever subscribed to after watching two videos. I can just sense that you are a beautiful beautiful person at heart. The first person I will actually go on discord for, too! You are so patient, and understanding, and just so...nice! I love the way you speak, I loved all your tips even though I am not going to do some of them, I love everything about what I have seen, in general! Keep going!
One slight criticism: Whispering bow is entirely outclassed by normal bow, and not used in solo dungeons. Longbow and badon bow are the PVE bows, because you want aoes in both solo and group dungeons. Badon obviously superior, but a lot more pricey. Longbow is absolutely useless in pvp, unless you are a newbie, you are poor, and want to attend a zvz. But even then, wailing is better.
Hey csaki, great feedback. I try to refrain from meta commentary in general for a couple reasons. One is that I hope for certain videos to be viable in the future as well, where certain weapons might see a return in use whilst being completely neglected currently. Another reason would be that I'm definitely not on top of the current meta at all, I would be misguiding people if I said otherwise. I do sincerely hope that beginners read the comments as well as you guys share some really good information that provide additional value to the videos such as your breakdown of the bow in current meta.
Yea, the travel planner and albion 2d can make or safe you a lot of money.. but I feel like you lose so much time to it. As long as you can progress your characters fame and don't feel burned out, playing the various markets is definitely a good option to consider in your spare / money making moments.
Hi, i just bought a premium from 3days of ingame hours of gathering in yellow zones. I was very happy about it and I continue what i love doing in albion "gathering and soloD". Also i bought my first island in thetford whr i live. But I was curious to know how can i own several islands? Should i make different characters? At first i thought i could buy an island in every city while having 30 prmn active. Thanks for the answer. =}
Hey Ramon, really great to hear you bought premium from 3 days of gathering :) To own several islands you have to have alts and have premium on them just one time. So if you make an alt, you buy premium on it and create an island you can give access to your main and he can access it forever. If any other questions feel free to ask!
If I may give you a piece of advice: You can gather t5 in black zones right next to the portal. These zones are quite safe (especially if you know what you do), as there are not that many players, there are invisibility buffs, etc. And the t5 nodes are mostly full and in much greater abundance than in YZ. I used to gather t4 and t5 fiber in YZ, and would mostly compete with ten different players in who could harvest the sole, near empty node faster. I'd make maybe 150k per hour. In the portal zone in BZ, I can easily make 450k per hour. In a month of gathering, I got ganked twice, and lost a total of 200k, while making 8 figures over that period of time.
Why isn’t this video linked to the Albion Site? It’s an awesome quick guide! But i have played this game only for 5 months and still haven’t found a guild, most guild i try to join or rather get invited to randomly join have insane taxes, and even with ones low at beginning but suddenly get up and its not fun! People basically try to make you servant, like personal butler! And when i leave the guild... previous guild put me in a black list while they gank me when i am doing casual things, which makes me mad, I like Alvion but it makes made me quit playing. Thanks.
Just looked at this guy's guild and friend's list and it said "LetMeTakeSelfie" - I'm like, bruh, that guy crafted my 8.3 assassin jacket that I bought on the auction hall
Maybe you found out already, but I will answer anyway. On 4.1, the 4 is the tier of the item, while the 1 is the enchantment level. So that means a tier 4 item with an enchantment of level 1.
Use the Albiononline2d website to check prices of each cities markets. Then you can fast travel for low cost (don’t transport ressources that way) to whatever city and make profit
Hey Leyvi, I have a question for you. I have unused focus from premium on two chars, and t8 focus potions from monthly premium chests. Its all unused because I could not care less about gathering and/or crafting. The only crafting type thing I ever do is enchant my own gear to save some silver. So what is a simple way to use my focus for money? I would like to min/max this so that I can make the most out of the focus I have while spending as little time as possible. My real world time is infinitely more valuable to me than silver in a game world.
You can buy raw materials and refine them using focus at the city with refining bonus for your material. For example you can purchase ore in Fort Sterling and refine them at Thetford. Alternatively you can simply buy tons of farm/herbs in Caerleon and make food/potion using your focus.
i have T5 / T6 items right now with a power of 1k and 1.5m lying around I normally play in the corrupted dungeon, yellow zone but my friend tells me I should go fight in the red zone's corrupted dungeons I just feel like it's a bit too risky, are there any other things i can do which aren't risky, but still pays alot (PvE or PvP)
Everything’s risk vs reward but the least risky way to make a lot of money is skinning. It sells a lot compared to other resources since u can’t script farm for it. Learn where to get t4 enhanced skins and they’ll sell for about 1,500 silver each in city’s where hide is hard to get like sterling. even more so the higher the rarity. Of course the higher tier skins in the red and black sell for a lot more but there still is a risk of getting killed since people will wait at common farming spots to nab it.
Why...why 😂 you didnt post it earlier, today I had 35 tomes and i used them on myself and now i see that as a begginer you should sell them.... LoL just kidding. Awesome/helpful video as always.😉
Hey lilgartz, it's been a while I made that video and I had to check what you meant just now but it's not that they don't have AOE damage, it's that they don't have AOE interrupt such as the Bow of Badon E skill that interrupts mob skills for a good while. Another example would be the Permafrost E which can do an AOE interrupt. With the Bloodletter AOE's it's all damage only
Are you accepting new recruits? I’m highly wealthy self sufficient 700m fame (maybe 659 I don’t remember honestly lol) but ur first tip alone Ive basically built myself into self sufficiency out of necessity now I need friends and gvg and all of that but no darn English speaking guilds it’s super sad
I got my 1 yeah of service but only played a total of 7 days so far. More of a gether myself and just got into dungeons makes a ton of silver selling the loot in the market
ehy, first suggestion is: play what you like the most. In my opinion the best tree to choose are bow or swords right now, both have pretty solid option for every content you will face in the game; bow maybe are a little better all around for example, in bow you have badon and wailing for zvz, longbow and badon for group dungeon, regular bow for 2v2 and warbow for solo dungeon and pvp. Swords are pretty good too: broadsword is really strong in small scale pvp and is not too bad for solo dungeon, dual swords are one of the best weapon for solo dungeon and small scale pvp but can also be used in group dungeon, claymore is a strong burst damage weapon, clarent blade is really good for tanking in group dungeon or speed clear solo dungeon, carving sword is just OP in everything from small scale pvp to dungeon to open world since you have a lot of mobility, galatine pairs are really strong for zvz and small scale pvp. hope this helped you out!
why would you spend hours a day running from city to city to check prices....you can put all your gear in the bank and travel from city to city, instantly, for free ......?????? am i missing something here?
I know it's instant travel and for free but that doesn't take away you will check the price for multiple items in different cities. Because of FOMO you won't just go to 1 city and check out prices, you'll go to all cities and check out prices to see what city has highest sell order prices. Do this for a bank full of items and it costs hours, even with the instant travel. The time spend in market is the danger, the actual final travel you might do is another adittional timesink which you are far better off doing something else unless you enjoy this for making money and you have 8h+ a day to play.
Hey Sujoy, unfortunately the guild I'm in isn't recruiting currently. Would be best to check the Albion Online forums, Albion Online Discord or Reddit to find yourself a good guild. Good luck!
Not much of a fisherman my self unfortunately! My content is pretty beginner focused, I'd say watch the other 15 tips video and the one on solo dungeons and get started with some solo dungeons to get a feeling for combat and items
Now make a new money maker guide because I'm still stuck at 100k Can't get over it start as a beginner and show us how to get 1 million fast and easy... every damn beginner guide I have seen so far is with Tier 4 gear 1 enchant no new beginner has that... much money...
the loot you get from yellow dungeons and black dungeons depends on the time to day, but generally both are better when the player count is low. You can take your main speed farming build which should be all 4.2 and only the weapon gets upgraded as you get money. My boltcaster is 6.3 and it's almost a million, the entirety of the rest of the build is 100k or so and i've been playing for like a little over a week. when i go do black dungeons through the town portal I take a greataxe build with weapon and gear at 4.2 with a normal cape, I can get through the dungeon with food for regen and poison for bosses. I did black dungeon late last night and yellow zone dungeon while sitting thorough an all day work orientation today and I made roughly 1 million through those collective 8 hours or so. I do not have premium. As news we just have to take what we get and play smart enough to keep saving up. Do faction flagging to get hearts and sell them or transport them for some gain, do the daily dungeon from town and sell the sigil, do the 3 arena wins and save the currency up to bulk sell or sell it right away. If you got friends then do the group dungeons like he says. Try to enchant the gear you find to get a bit of profit if you like but check the market prices before you do it. You don't have to do all that everyday either, I definitely haven't. I have also been training 10 workers in my guild hall to sell when they hit t5 or t6, but that will be slow money, but it's money nonetheless. You don't even need premium for this month either really because the mount reward isn't something I hear people talking about meaning it's not worth it really. The boar next month however everyone uses so you have until the end of next month to save up for premium so you can get the boar for july and still have premium long enough to make out the august rewards as well.
Hey King, I gave all my farming slots to one of my good friends who is using them actively. Unfortunately I don't have any free ones for the time being :

why progress economy in this game when you have nothing but a month free premium you can get with a little payed real money salary why ,you players is maybe to greedy to use a little on the game you do anyway ,, and more expensive equipment to thing you are the strongest in black you aren’t ,,and what else to use all that silver on a stupid mammoth that you players had put the price on to much expensive anyway ,, or you want ten mammoth why is this game so overhyped in earning and manipulates players to sit more hours to earn more than is good for one’s health ,, and the game is not that good compared to world of warcraft where you can team up with others only using the chat system and not discord like you players in albion only wants
Yea check my group dungeons video and let me know what you think of that one. I also felt this one was a little too fast. The group dungeons one should be better. Awaiting your feedback :)

I think its alright speed but maybe a tad to fast but i don’t mind maar is er een kans dat jij Nederlands bent?
Hey Smasher, ik ben idd Nederlands, valt het te horen? :P
@@LeyviAniki ja man het valt op voor een nederlandstalige maar zit er niet mee in, het stoort niet

Absolutely great video! Keep it up 👍🏻
Thanks Depoultry! I'm doing my best to upload one video a week, currently working hard to release a new one tomorrow :)
Good video👍
i have T5 / T6 items right now with a power of 1k and 1.5m lying around
I normally play in the corrupted dungeon, yellow zone but my friend tells me I should go fight in the red zone's corrupted dungeons
I just feel like it's a bit too risky, are there any other things i can do which aren't risky, but still pays alot (PvE or PvP)
14:35 I'm valuable :')
Hahahaha
i need a guild to play with so i wonder if there is any guild from suns alliance that can get me with them i really hope to join you guys
Why...why 😂 you didnt post it earlier, today I had 35 tomes and i used them on myself and now i see that as a begginer you should sell them....
LoL just kidding. Awesome/helpful video as always.😉
Thanks Ilyass :> Don't worry about the 35 tomes you'll have another 35 in no time, the ones you used aren't wasted :)
35 tomes as a beginner mhmm
@@djmaten xD yea, just got lucky with solo dungeons :P
Hey isn't that an aq3d bg track? Do you play aq3d as well: D
Jo man lekker bezig
Yoo thanks!
u r so good :)
Great video Leyvi! Hopefully , we ll play together at some point! Have fun!
how to get more islands?
At 10 50 you said daggers don't have aoe, they do with the bloodletter.
With the Bloodletter AOE's it's all damage only
@@LeyviAniki thanks for the explanation!
Years of playing means nothing to me, Im coming for you, all of you.
So in 7 days you made enough silver to buy a year of premium by gathering and doing dungeons?
@@LeyviAniki He means the achievement for playing 1 year.
Hello I'm new player, I'm struggling to find a main weapon. Can you help me out?
ehy, first suggestion is: play what you like the most.
@@francescopanetta4969 Said everything that has to be said :)
@@francescopanetta4969 thank you so much!
I've just used my 10 tomes before watching your video 🥺🥺
Don't worry about that, you will get another 10 very quickly.
130k active daily players?
Should have been monthly, good catch
The current game currently has 9k concurrent players on steam. Way lower than 130k a month
@tua madre no that's the other way around. Most people installed it on steam
why would you spend hours a day running from city to city to check prices....you can put all your gear in the bank and travel from city to city, instantly, for free ......?????? am i missing something here?
I know it's instant travel and for free but that doesn't take away you will check the price for multiple items in different cities. Because of FOMO you won't just go to 1 city and check out prices, you'll go to all cities and check out prices to see what city has highest sell order prices. Do this for a bank full of items and it costs hours, even with the instant travel. The time spend in market is the danger, the actual final travel you might do is another adittional timesink which you are far better off doing something else unless you enjoy this for making money and you have 8h+ a day to play.
Can I join your guild?
Hey Sujoy, unfortunately the guild I'm in isn't recruiting currently. Would be best to check the Albion Online forums, Albion Online Discord or Reddit to find yourself a good guild. Good luck!
Please give me link of your discord server..I want to learn more

I adore fishing, but im afraid i wont make enough silver to get premium...
At higher levels you will be making premium in 1 day of fishing!
@@LeyviAniki oh wow! guess i will keep at it! Any tips (on fishing) for me? I started playing a few days ago hehe
Not much of a fisherman my self unfortunately! My content is pretty beginner focused, I'd say watch the other 15 tips video and the one on solo dungeons and get started with some solo dungeons to get a feeling for combat and items
@@LeyviAnikilol not even
Now make a new money maker guide because I'm still stuck at 100k Can't get over it start as a beginner and show us how to get 1 million fast and easy... every damn beginner guide I have seen so far is with Tier 4 gear 1 enchant no new beginner has that... much money...
And Fame Leveling... they skip some steps...
@@Drefar buy cheap set of items go to tier 5 or 6 zone and find solo dungeon
@@DHSKustosz is there better loot there?
There are videos where new players can get t4 in less than 2 hours.
the loot you get from yellow dungeons and black dungeons depends on the time to day, but generally both are better when the player count is low. The boar next month however everyone uses so you have until the end of next month to save up for premium so you can get the boar for july and still have premium long enough to make out the august rewards as well.
i just saw your name at fort sterling maybe its a fake ahahaha
can you give me 1 farming slot in your private island for farming i can pay you rent per month? plzzzzz

How come? Istersen turkce anlatim sorun degil sor istedigini

Zaten oyunun buyuk kismini mavi sehirlerden baslatiyorsun. Mesela kendim Bridgewatch'dayim ama mavi sehirlerin hepsi iyi. Simdilik craft yaparken merak ettigin hepsini yap, hatta su an oyunda neyi merak ediyorsan yap. why progress economy in this game when you have nothing but a month free premium you can get with a little payed real money salary why ,you players is maybe to greedy to use a little on the game you do anyway ,, and more expensive equipment to thing you are the strongest in black you aren’t ,,and what else to use all that silver on a stupid mammoth that you players had put the price on to much expensive anyway ,, or you want ten mammoth why is this game so overhyped in earning and manipulates players to sit more hours to earn more than is good for one’s health ,, and the game is not that good compared to world of warcraft where you can team up with others only using the chat system and not discord like you players in albion only wants

Yea check my group dungeons video and let me know what you think of that one. I also felt this one was a little too fast. The group dungeons one should be better. Awaiting your feedback :)
