    Thank you for this Jeannie. I've made a few attempts of your breathing + exercises in the past, but my M.E. has always crashed me and prevented me from trying anymore.
    I am slowly improving now, so retried this in bed on Monday and it was a perfect, gentle start to the day :-) Now Friday, no relapse! Looking forward to being more Zebra strong.

    Took a break from my desk to do this. Felt so relaxed after and lost all the tension from between my shoulders 👍🏻
