You don’t know, however regardless of where it comes from there will be no extra duties you have to pay when it arrives. If its from a Canadian seller, the included taxes when you checkout are much lower. Also, if you leave a bid and it is accepted, its most likely from a Canadian seller.

If they have the “authenticity guarunteed” stamp on them (which they probably do), then yes you will have to pay extra upon delivery

On eBay you pay you pay the duties all included along with shipping. There are no extra duties unless you used ebay.com instead of ebay.ca

For GOAT and Ebay, yes you can do so beforehand online once it has passed through customs. So it may be a few days past the day you order them.
