Very practical analysis. I too agree Amaravathy land prices may not go up in next 20 to 25 years, due to lack of infrastructure, lack of funds and cash crunch. No employment scope. Hyderabad is having better climate compared to Amaravathy. Vizag is better alternative. But greedy politicians don't want to develop potential area like Vizag. very unfortunate to AP and its people.
