How does this even work? if it's low frame rate, how did you add more frames to make it smooth? You didn't speed it up or anything. If I try to look it up all I get is tutorial on what buttons to press for an editing software to do the work. But I wanna know how it actually accomplishes this.
This is an update from the game itself, meaning that it was the developers of the game that fixed this, so it will be fixed for anyone as long as they have the 1.10 version downloaded.

Probably unfinished and they didn't notice, it's a second long shot in a game with many hours of cutscenes.
How do you make a pre rendered cutscene with low frame rate and approve it for the final version?

Look at 0:05 and 0:15 when he spins in the pole, the old one was at a low frame rate and the new one is way more fluid

Well the version i use is the PS4 one, i don't know about other versions but they probably are fixed too.
