According to Sheryl Lee Ralph book she chooses Q in the end. I think both Hakeem and Mo was wrong. Yes Hakeem was wrong to kiss Niecy but I think Mo needed that as an excuse to get back with Q. Even if Hakeem never kissed Niecy, I think Mo would have ultimately ended up breaking Hakeem’s heart because it seem like all her feelings for Q slowly started rushing back once Q came back into town. And Moe was quick to get back together with Q and accept his proposal. I think maybe that’s what she wanted all along. Just my opinion

I mean by this point (the scene here) he did seem to want something serious with Moesha but he later sold her ring without considering how she would feel about it.
