An orange and outdated set needed a total transformation! The full start to finish process.

Orange is just not desirable anymore, but that doesn’t mean these needed to go anywhere near a landfill.
With a broken top, unwanted engraved details and some broken drawers, some repairs were needed.
Then into the color lab to create a custom color using my favorite Farmhouse Evolution Paints!

I do like the color. I would never have thought of using the off cut from the top to hide the ivy detail. I would have used the Bondo. But it was a great idea. Thanks.

I really was wondering what you were going to do about that olive vine kinda pattern on the dresser? I thought about how when people refinish floors that sometimes they'll take wood dust and fill lines that are too wide or exposed nail heads. So I was wondering if you were going to have to do something like that? But the way that piece of wood fit perfectly was a much better, and probably quicker, option. The end result is dramatically better.
