The funny things is people are always looking to reinvent the wheel. But the science, the experimentation, and experience of Charles has always been consistent.

So many of these channels give their routines without logical explanations on how to do some of these exercises. Charles is the first that provides a detailed breakdown on how to properly attack these points of weakness I have missed on for so many years.

@@binarylifestylez aren't you still building muscle by lifting weights? That's like saying "lifting weights" and "resistance training" is fundamentally different.....ya, no, it's not.
@incog cheeto I have done both powerlifting and bodybuilding. I started out powerlifting first. You can't compare the two. They are completely different. In powerlifting, you are just trying to move heavy weight from point A to point B. In bodybuilding, your form, technique and intensity comes first before the actual amount of weight you are working out with. Bodybuilding is definitely harder than powerlifting.
@@ads3827 the world record for squat is 592.3 kilos. I'm sure lifting 1305lbs is substantially harder than sets of 20.

Charles explains its about minimising the secondary muscle use. With correct form you will use the target muscle more and reduce secondary muscle overload. Some comments on here are laughable.

CN you simulate the flys from the Cybec machine on a regular chest fly machine. Maybe by sitting lower and setting it further back?

Speaking of doing flys our gym doesn’t have that machine. So I’m order to do flys I either do on pec deck, cable or do on flat bench. Your recommendations is to use a incline position? Or what about doing on the floor?

Never liked doing inclines. I felt like I built a good chest hardly doing incline at all.literally almost never did it.
Wish my left shoulder didn't feel like it was gonna burst when I do chest, my chest is hard to target because of bad shoulders

The decline press movement is so under looked and probably the real chest development movement.

Why is it important to squeeze the muscle? I always hear that but always forget to do it

These excercises and slot of these videos explicitly says get cut. Which means you have already been in the gym doing compound movements that have builted mass over a year or two. Unfortunately alot of you beginners have no idea how much time you waist in the gym.

That's a horrible way for him to do a machine bench press... he's using bad form and he's reached failure on on his first rep... he's using a ton of weight and he has no pecs to work!
