For melting the plastic one with a needle and lighter, please be very careful because the fumes from melting plastic can cause serious lung, respiratory, and other health issues ! I’d do it outside with a filtered mask that tightly fits around the face, like an n95 mask. Drilling is the best option tbh. Thanks for the video :^) !
holy crap, I had that little bobby's world riding on his trike toy as a kid. what a throwback. great video!! inspired to attach some of my smaller plushies to some necklaces/pants chains I think :D
I love the idea of attaching things like this to kandi cuz I can just fiddle around with them whenever I want. I recently made a kandi necklace with a toy phone I got a while back and so far it's one of my favorite creations.
thank you for the tutorial!! makes me think of the necklace i recently made out of a broken pink and yellow smiley-face paddleball where i carved a small hole in the top of the paddleball and put smiley face beads and chunky pink beads for the bead part. sadly, i can't wear the necklace cuz it got tangled with one of my kandi belts and i will have to take the necklace apart (sorry for the tangent)

i second the necklace method lol it's so cute !! u could also make a harness for most plushes !

Another tip is to pass the thread through joint holes like I made a dolphin bracelet with this method!

How do you add perler bead designs onto cuffs and necklaces?
You poke a needle and string through them and tie them on a cuff! I think @moodkandi made a video about this on Tiktok
