Yes, but that is because the instructions for these washers specifically say to use cold water only. I have one and I miss it, but I go by the instructions. But, she seems not to be having any issues.
Its not the size of the comforter that's the problem The spinner is banging because the laundry is not evenly balanced in the drum . Just open up & rearrange the load inside . 😀
@@fluffysudsI got couple of those short steps bout 3” high & put the washer on top. Little tricky as the washer can walk & jump off but I finally got a setup that works. You might have something around your place vs buying. I’ve see some put the washer on a sturdy table & the drain hose in the tube. Bunch TY videos show this. This is a good useful video
Too much soap. For small machines like this 1 Tablespoon or less. Otherwise you’ll be rinsing forever or dry clothes full of soap. They say 2 Tablespoons detergent for a normal full size washer, not these capfuls.

How do you drain it? I can only drain it if I lift it up and it's heavy.
There is a tube attached to the bottom of the machine that drain the water. You are supposed to have one. I know Amazon sell the tube individually.
