These can be different whether you're looking at civil wars, interstate wars, or wars against non-state actors. Common factors that cause war are disputes over territory, wars started for economic reasons, or sometimes causes are more related to ideological differences. This is the most simplified and broken-down video on this topic I have come across. Love the way how you outlined examples for every point.

Easily the two biggest causes of war are habits. And misunderstandings.
A person who rose to the top may look ambitious from the outside, they probably have a habit. Once they get to the top the can’t turn their habit off. Sot hey expand their empire by war.
Misunderstandings contain diplomatic efforts to stop wars before they start because one side or both hadn’t got a clue what’s really motivating the other side.

hi, I have a question that maybe you can explain to me.
In Korean War (1950 -1953), according to liberalism, what causes war? and What is its historical development?
Hoping you see this comment and help me.
    Thank you very much

Thanks for the comment! A liberal perspective would focus on the UN intervention that was undertaken to keep Korea in the liberal democratic community of states. Liberalism generally wants to create a world of democratic states cooperating, and so the whole Korean peninsula falling to communism was seen as a problem. The UN sent a US led military intervention to stop that from happening. I hope that helps!

@@KorczyksClass thanks a lot, And how about the historical development during the War? If you have time, can you explain it clearly so that I can understand more?

It would be a pretty long explanation and I'm by no means an expert on the Korean war. You might find this video helpful though. This channel does a great job on history. ua-cam.com/video/Tj7jXlr_M9w/v-deo.html
