::GREEN SMOOTHIE::
2 CUPS KALE
1 BANANA
1/2 cup FROZEN PINEAPPLE
1/4 cup ALMONDS
2 TBSP Peanut Butter
1/4 CUP Greek Yogurt
1 TBSP Honey
Some ice / water to your desire
::TURKEY CHILI::
Ingredients
1 POUND GROUND TURKEY
2 GARCLIC CLOVES
2 (15oz) Cans KIDNEY BEANS
1 Med RED BELL PEPPER
1 (15oz) Can SWEET CORN
1 (28oz) CRUSHED TOMATOS
1 YELLOW ONION
1 1/4th CHICKEN BROTH
1/4 tsp CAYENNE PEPPER
2 1/2 TBSP Chili Powder
1/2 TSP Salt
2 TSP CUMIN
1 TBPS Olive Oil
Instructions:
Place oil in large pot over Med Heat. Add onion, garlic and red pepper and saute for 5-7 min, stirring frequently. Add in GROUND TURKEY and break up until no longer pink. Next add in CHILI POWDER, CUMIN, CAYENNE PEPPER AND SALT, stir. Add tomatoes, Chicken Broth, Kidney Beans and Corn. Bring to boil and simmer for 30 min. Adjust seasonings to taste. Garnish with anything you'd like and enjoy!

I'm 23 weeks pregnant and it's been more than 20 weeks I guess I followed you. Back then I was like I wish liz is pregnant too when I watched your pregnancy and after birth videos. I'm so glad for you that you're 14 weeks pregnant and I get to watch your videos while I'm pregnant. You must be quite confident at this as this is your fourth one. I wish my boys would even touch chili! Ezra is such an amazing eater. My two older ones only like chicken nuggets, pizza, fries or Mac n cheese. It’s so hard giving them healthy foods bc they push the plate away (4,2)

Everything looked so good !! Where did you buy the groceries from? Get lots of rest. I have four kids my baby is turning one on Thursday. I remember being so tired when I was pregnant with her. Of course I was running around taking care of the house and three kids like you are now but you are a super mom you got this!
