GREEN BANANA PANCAKES!
(Ingredients)
•3/4 cup oats/rolled, quick or uncooked
•Banana 🍌
•2 eggs 🥚
•1 cup spinach
•cinnamon
•1/4 tsp vanilla extract
•1 TBS flour (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
•blend oats until flour consistancy
•add the rest of the ingredients until smooth
•pour on greased pan
•flip 1 to 2 minutes on both side
VEGGIE RICE RECIPE!
(ingredients)
Achiote oil
1 cup rice 🍚
Garlic powder & salt 🧂
5 hot dogs
1 cup of mixed veggies
4 boiled eggs 🥚
Cilantro & green onions
(Instructions)
Cook rice 🍚
Boil eggs 🥚 (When ready then slice up)
Boil veggies (drain when cooked)
Chop cilantro and green onion
Slice and pan fry hot dogs
Mix up all ingredients and enjoy 😉

My too .my baby don't eat his meal . What i do. Whole day don't wanna eat anything. Plz help what i do. He can not chew his food only choking n vomit. Also introduce finger but nothing happen. I have to give only puree form.

My son started out eating so well like everything I was happy literally finally I get a child and he is not picky lol well that was short lived! But somehow he is 30 pounds and 35 1/2 inches tall at 18 months the four things he eats are still enough nutrients and vitamins to make him grow and keep him healthy I was concerned at first thinking oh gosh he is going to be so behind but my doc said if he eats only like one thing and eats that for every meal as long as he is eating it his body will grow thank you for giving me great ideas and I will definitely try these out who knows maybe those pancakes may be his next favorite thing to eat 😉😊

Thank you so much for showing how you make that oil. I am so going to try it out and those donuts too. I made cinnamon sugar pumpkin donuts not to long ago and they were so good.
I usually do the same with my kids. I’ll cook a bigger “dinner like” lunch and eat it for both lunch and dinner. I have 3 kids also so it saves a lot of time!
So if they eat at 3:44pm like Liz fed her kids, are they not hungry after a few hours?
Do you have any schedule?
My child eats very well but is constantly wanting snacks. I feel like I’m at a loss with this problem and don’t want to say no to her wanting food. There are times she will eat maybe half her meals and then a second later she is asking for a snack.

Christen R .. Hi. My 5 year old daughter is exactly the same ! I’ve started giving her a snack on the way home from school, dinner at around 4.30pm and then before bed, around 6.30, I’ll give her a snack or some more of whatever she’s had for dinner (her choice) ! And then we’re done. It’s avoided snacking or grazing which was making me go crazy because she wasn’t eating her meals properly. Hope that helps ..
