100 Kobudo Kata Challenge day from Wakayama Japan - Asato Dojo goes to the heart of Japan!

James sensei and Asato Dojo seniors visited sister dojo in beautiful Wakayama, Japan for a fun weekend of kobudo and karate training and local sightseeing. We smashed the 100 Kobudo Kata challenge together and visited an amazing waterfall and ancient Shinto shrine location deep in the mountains and forests of Shingu.
