They even made them play terrible monotone music (could be used as alarms, or you could press two buttons at the same time to play it), and what you here in the song is the very first part of the song "Dixie" (think "way down south in the land of cotton"), which was super popular on these watches. Everyone called them Dixie watches! I am certain of this, because I actually had one. What you hear in the song was definitely on the original track.
