This is better than those extended mixes from the 80's. Often they were built out of re-recordings of the original tracks with synth versions of the instruments. This has so much of the DNA of the original song. Very accomplished, and entertaining.
The original video of this song was mesmerizing.. Peter Gabriel said during an interview he & the video production team compiled over 500,000 images and then layered them together to create one of the 1980's outstanding videos.. It was literally a visual trip... I watched it on repeat to catch the nuances...
