5:16 the tot lots in my town suck, I don't even think there are any other detectorist, they were all loaded when I first got my detector in April 2023, but only one tot lot really has much finds replenished, the rest I go to once to twice a year and maybe find a couple coins and a junker ring if I'm lucky
Yeah I have a few like that. Look like they would be great, but never find anything lol. One tot lot I only found 1 good find there all year, but it was a James Avery silver charm bracelet with 12 charms. You just never know so I keep hunting them lol
Dinner tonight is Christmas turkey, then on new years im going to toronto to have another turky with my grandmother, and looking at the weather the rain before newyears should melt the snow in Toronto and ill be able to get a hunt in on the Tuesday
No one asked me but I use the ultimate catch all pouch from grey ghost and I like it, it has a strong mesh bottom, which I have put one small hole in because I used to drop my digger in before I got a sheath, it has a inside mesh zipper pocket I put my good finds and a big area for my junk garbage, if the hole I put in mine any bigger I'd be tempted to buy another grey ghost although I got a free pulltab gear pouch from my dealer so maybe I'd just use that

I have a couple of belts I refused to toss when I should have. The chrome wears away to a copper core.. That could be your highly conductive signal
