Hi Eliza, it is part of this particular sequence to breath with the movements. As long as you join transitions “right” at inhale and exhale you can keep your breath a bit slower in the beginning. But I would suggest to follow the breath cues so that you can get into the rhythm of the practice that is after the Magic 10.

Why do you repeat inhale-exhale 10times a minute?! I can breathe without your “support”!
