Yes, the physical copies are done by Limited Run Games. Some partner sites like VGP and PNP will periodically sell copies.

I tried to get the physical copy, but GameStop was acting funny from where I was from, so I had to get the Digital copy. It was annoying.
These physical copies came from Limited Run, GameStop doesn’t and won’t sell these. I was able to get copies of P3 Portable and P4 Golden for Xbox.
