don't hate on my guy AR bro, he's actually the 3rd best player on the Lakers behind Bron and AD so he definitely deserves his own shoe especially he was an undrafted player
People are getting shoes because they show promise, and or are admired by many. Also, Rigorer is not some popular brand. Same with 361*. Wouldn’t have a deal if it wasn’t for those specific kinds of Chinese brands who needed a face. 🤷🏽♂️
You can have the athlete endorse the brand with whatever shoe the brand has out at the moment but giving them their own signature model when they're not even an all-star caliber or popular/marketable player makes the whole premise of having a signature shoe redundant in my opinion.
