You bet. It was great stopping by your chat today. Hope you guys are safe and sound down there. We love the Tiny Cam Pro on the Fire Stick, as, it can make any TV a security monitor). We definitely wanted to make sure we gave a shout out and links to your original video, in case anyone wanted a deep dive on Tiny Cam with multiple cameras. Good stuff. Stay safe Bob & Sue, and thanks for joining our Smarthome Riggs community.

That's very sweet of you Sue. We strive to live up to our motto, "Helping your Smart Home tech work for You" by taking the mystery out of smart home tech, and showing that anyone can do it. Tommy is only 8 years old, (6 when we started our channel) but the video "So easy a kid can do it" is all him. He setup the tech, built the Alexa routine, and installed the sensor. It was a lot of fun watching him do it all on his own. Like a chip off the ol' block. Thanks for the comment, and it was great hanging out with you and Bob. Please stay safe.
Hello! I have an older fire stick model so the app isn’t available on it like you said. Do you have any other suggestions (besides upgrading the fire stick) in order to view my Wyze cams with it?
Unfortunately, the security required to view the updated firmware running on Wyze cameras, requires the newest version of TinyCam Pro, and that requires the updated FireOS on the newer sticks (any current gen fire stick with a blue Alexa button, or I have it running on fire TV 4K, and 4K max from the previous generation.) On older sticks the only option to view a Wyze camera is to press the Alexa (mic) button at the top and call that camera by name and bring the cameras up one at a time. I hope this helps you get the most out of your current equipment. Thanks for supporting the channel.
The channel is determined by the order of the cameras in the actual Wyze app. If you have a Wyze outdoor plug or 1st gen doorbell, these have ghost items that will change the channel number by 1, but once you get the channel number for the top camera in your list, the others will be in order from there. Also if you choose a channel that is not correct the TinyCam Pro app error on the screen should show you what channels you have devices on. Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment.
This video shows an app called Tiny Cam Pro which allows several cameras to be viewed at once. There is currently no way for a motion event to launch this app. There is a way to write a routine for certain camera that will, on a motion event show the image of that specific camera on the fire stick and (with the 4K Max) even show that motion event in a picture in picture while you are watching something else. I hope this answers your question. Thank you for the comment and thanks for supporting the channel.
I would say any of the new generation sticks should work, but I'd say the latest gen 4k Max is my 1st choice, then the current 4K model. As long as it is running Fire OS 6, it should run the latest version of TinyCam Pro. I have a Fire TV Stick (2nd gen) but it only runs Fire OS 5.2.9.5 and it will install the current version of TinyCam Pro but it will not allow connection to my Wyze cams due to the new login process which is only supported in android software versions higher than 5. I hope this answers your question and thanks for supporting the channel.
We haven't tried this setup with ADT, but if they are IP based then there should be a way. I will reach out to some people and see if we can try with ADT. I will report back with the results. I hope this helps answer your question and Thanks for supporting the channel.
Thanks for taking the time to leave us another comment, hit us up at our gmail address in the profile so we can discuss a collab. We love your Wyzecar Mods. 👍
Thank you for the comment. This is an error from the camera itself losing it's connectivity (even briefly) the error displays because the app tolerance is low. Sometimes the camera will refresh itself. Sometimes I've had to close out the app, clear its cache and relaunch it. In my case, this error was due to a loss of signal strength at that location. In the Tinycam Pro app you can turn on info like signal and frame rate, that allowed me to narrow down the issue and adjust my network accordingly. I hope this helps.
Sorry for the delayed response. Yes you will have to configure the cameras you want to see on each firestick. This is why I love the "copy/pasta" feature of TinycamPro. The biggest advantage of this is that it allows you to customize each stick to show only the specific cameras you want (if you have several like us.) There are several sticks that are setup for every compatible camera (4 per screen with 4 screens) this uses more resources, but allows me to cycle through them when needed, but most are set to show the main cams (Front, back, driveway and side yard.) I hope this helps you out, thank you for the comment, and thanks for supporting the channel.
Man I got two and the fire stick with tiny cam pro setup but no matter what it will not work it was one thing getting passed the whole 2FA step but not it just won’t show me my cams and changing the channel number won’t do anything
what model of firestick and what version of TinyCam Pro are you using? The latest version is currently 17.0.5 - Amazon Appstore (this stopped asking for the 2FA and got my cams back online, )? Have you been able see the feed fromeven one Wyze camera to show? An easy trick I use to determine the first channel, is to start by setting up a single camera on channel "1" and then save it and hit the back button. If the camera is on channel "1" it will show up successfully, if not, when TinyCam Pro doesn't see the camera, it gives an error that says something like Error: no device found, cameras on channel 5,6,7,8, and 11, this will show you what channel to start with, from there setup a camera and once set, confirm the camera shows and then go back into the settings of that camera. In the camera settings go to the top and select "Camera Status", under Advanced Info it lists "Relay type - Not relayWyze devices" under that is a list of every device it sees. Camera are labeled as such with it's channel number in front of it. Now you can copy/pasta the first camera and just name the "copy" the name of the new camera and set the channel number. With the new V3 Pan and the OG and OG Telephoto I also had to go in settings to "Camera UID and selected the camera by name to make them viewable. You only need to change the model if it is different from the one copied ( Pan cam or regular cam). I hope this helps and thanks for supporting the channel.
@@SmarthomeRiggsthanks man! i figured it out the following day I wrote this comment and i managed to somehow get it to work with 2FA. Now the issue was that for some reason P2P wasn’t working and I had to auth tinyCam to access my Wyze account through the google authenticator. After 2 hours of trying to figure out how that worked I managed to do but not without its issues. First one being that anytime any sort of device other than the cameras and firestick themselves would connect to the Wifi it would cause either quality or connection drop-off’s. Now normally it stays at around the max around 720p and whenever this would happen go to 240-144p. Second issue is that anytime that the camera or Wyze app had to update it completely shit itself idk why or how but it would get back up and running on it. I appreciate your help I had my firestick up to date and both my cams as well as the app and even the tv i set it up on. Now i’m having another issue wherein the cams, after updating failing and re-updating will not for anything in the world connect to TinyCam i’ve tried everything and currently i’m restarting and going to factory reset them both. The sign in don’t work, no more 2FA request, Wi-Fi’s good-stable, Firestick up to date and tiny app too. The error it spits out is “P2P fail to start session (AV_ER_IOTC CHANNEL_IN_USED)”. Contrary to what it reads P2P is working fine and the forums don’t help at all as i’ve already tried all their troubleshooting options, anyways hope you see this soon there’s lots of shootings where i live and i’d love where they’re coming from! Thanks again
Yes it will, when looking at the individual camera you can select the speaker icon to hear the audio from that camera, but the audio is only one way (you can hear but not talk) . You can also move the pan cams as shown in the video. Thank you for the comment..
Thank you very helpful I'm dedicating a TV to my cameras This video was exactly what I was looking for .when you say order there in do you mean on the wyze app ?
yes the order is determined by the order of the cameras in the Wyze app. If you have a Wyze outdoor plug or 1st gen doorbell, these have ghost items that will change the channel number by 1, but once you get the channel number for the top camera in your list, the others will be in order from there. Yes I can view my Wyze Cam Pan V3 from the TinyCam Pro on the fire stick and the Fire 8 tab that sits next to my laptop has the feed from that cam pulled up 24/7 (so I can quickly bring up the control and pan the camera manually when needed). Thank you for the question and comment.
I wish this was something we could offer, lol. I've found an easier way to setup the cameras in TinyCam Pro. When adding a camera, name it whatever, after choosing Wyze and Wyze cam (or pan depending on model) sign in with your Wyze login username and password and just below select the Camera UID and you should now see a list of all of your cameras by name. Select the camera you want to choose and it should automagically rename it correctly. You can copy that camera and let it name it whatever and the channel as well, then edit that camera and go straight to the Camera UID and select the next camera. Please let us know if this was able to get you up and running. I hope this helps and thank you again for supporting the channel.
This is not an easy question to answer as I don't know the security or firewall configs you're using at your work (nor would I ask you... lol) I will however say that I set the TinyCam Pro app up on my FireTV 4k Max and recently I traveled to another state to visit a friend. While there I was able to plug my Fire Stick into his TV, connect to his WiFi, and watch all of my apps on the stick including watching and controlling my cameras at home using the TinyCam Pro app. I hope this helps and as always, thank you for supporting the channel.
What type of device do you own? what version of OS is it running. If it is not compatible with the new security protocol it may not be visible to you in the app store. I hope this helps, thank you for supporting the channel.
That has happened on occasion, I am not sure if it is an application issue or an issue with available memory on the firestick. Tiny Cam Pro did recently update the app so if you have not run it you should (FYI-it made me reset up my camera, but it was super easy) and I hope they'll be updating it again soon to include the ability to see other Wyze cams like the Doorbell Pro, and the newest OG and OG telephoto. Thank you for supporting the channel and thank you for your comment.
@@lot5953 I just checked and unless you have an original FireStick, (prior to the Alexa integration) you can do a search for "tinycam" all one word, and you will see the TinyCam Pro as a suggestion. There you will find the TinyCam Monitor Pro (which is $3.99). It's totally worth the $3.99 (in our opinion). We hope this helps and thanks for checking out and supporting the channel by leaving us a comment.
In the advanced settings (pictured at 2:24 in the video) is where you put in your channel numbers. The actual channel numbers are determined by the order of the devices in your Wyze app, the first device is channel 1, 2nd is channel 2, etc. However, some devices like the Wyze Outdoor Plug, have "Ghost devices" that cause your channel numbers to be higher. But once you find the channel number of your first camera, the next devices in the list should be 1 higher and so on. I hope this helps and thanks for supporting the channel.
Eufy is one of the manufacturers listed in the new camera setup, so I can’t imaging why you wouldn’t be able to use Eufy cameras with TinyCam. We use it with a mix bag or Wyze camera mostly, but some Reolink, TP-Link, Blink, Foscam, etc. Try it and leave us a comment to let us know if it works for you. And thanks again for leaving us a comment and supporting the channel.
The channel number for the Wyze cameras is based on the order of the cameras in your Wyze app. however there are a few Wyze products that install with a link between them and the router (door lock, outdoor camera base, outdoor plug unit itself.) these create a "ghost device" that can not be moved lower in the list and this can cause your top camera to go from "1" to "4". My top item is "3" and since I moved my Wyze task lamps to the top of my device list this made my first actual camera channel "5". An easy trick I use to determine the first channel, is to start by setting up a single camera on channel "1" and then save it and hit the back button. If the camera is on channel "1" it will show up successfully, if not, when TinyCam Pro doesn't see the camera, it gives an error that says something like Error: no device found, cameras on channel 5,6,7,8, and 11, this will show you what channel to start with, from there each camera lower in the list in the Wyze app is a channel number higher so if you copy/paste you just name the "copy" the name of the new camera and the channel is already correct> Then you only need to change the model if it is different from the one copied ( Pan cam or regular cam). I hope this helps and thanks for supporting the channel.
I just checked on my FireTV and My fireTV Cube, I went to the search and typed "Tinyca" and TinyCam Pro showed up in the list. What model of device are you using?
I've installed it on a Firestick, Chromecast (with googleTV), and the Onn 4k AndroidTV box (from walmart) as well as current android phones, but I'd refer you to the supported operating systems in the app description to know how old your phone can be. If it's older than the current version supports, I've searched the web for previous "supported" versions of apps before.
Got tv smart ruko tv dont know whatt Camara can usded wireless battery and it like thad got other tv MAGNAVOX Android i no smart can used any camara thanks you let me know please
The only cameras I know of that work natively with RokuTV are the Roku branded cameras that are sold at Wal-Mart (They look just like Wyze cameras but have different firmware) however there are currently no wireless models that I am aware of. I hope this answers your question. Thanks for supporting the channel.
TinyCam Pro is an application that allows you to see a large variety of WiFi or IP connected camera's ranging from the old Foscam - to the new Wyze Cam Pan V2, (There are a few camera that are not supported due to their increased security protocols like RING, or because the cameras get their connection from a bridge like the Wyze Outdoor Cams,) But with this application you can see multiple cameras on any TV using a fire stick or Google TV, or in a widget on your home screen if you have an android phone or tablet.
You can view up to 25 on one screen. But honestly, your mileage may very depending on what your network can support. In the video we show the multiple templates you can use, but 4-8 on one screen is all I would recommend, (unless your TV is huge and your internet is super fast). Hope this helps.

You can do this free on firestick as well with alexa smarthome device just add your cam and link with alexa with routines she monitors them also if someone is at your door it automatic shows on your tv
Its too cool waiting on company just kick back watch tv and when they get here it pauses the show and shows you the camera and hit the back button and return to your show
While it is true that you always had the option showing a single "linked" camera for a limited time on your TV (and now with the 4K Max in Picture in Picture) By saying the name or making a routine. This app (and there is a free version as well but the paid version) allows software motion detection and cloud DVR among other awesome features. But the point of this video was to show how to monitor several cameras (2-20 depending on your network tolerance) at once and for a long time instead of just one. But thanks for taking the time to leave a comment telling us how you're using your smart home tech.
This video was made before the 2 factor authentication was a thing Wyze offered. I'll definitely consider making an update video showing the 2-factor setup as well. Thank you for the suggestion.
Got ruko Smart tv tray put my Camara security DZEESCG6 wireless battery no let me call ruko company information talk me only can used ruko camaras thas it you think tha fire stick can used any camara wifi wifi battery my ruko tv let me now please need help o can bring tv back only got with it 3 day buy other tv any want know whatt tv Smart can work any Camara thank you
The simplest solution would be to get a camera compatible with your device. Or in this case a device compatible with your camera. A FireTV (Or Insignia TV with FireTV built in) Would connect and view your camera through the Alexa interface by adding the DZEES skill and using the alexa buton to call up the individual camera. As for the TinyCamPro used in this video, I just checked and DZEES cameras are not listed as supported . There are tons of cameras that are compatible, (even an option for "ip camera for android" that can be configured to connect by ip, username, password, etc.) that may work, but no guarantee. The cameras I used in the video are made by Wyze (available on Amazon, wyze.com, and Home Depot.) The "Roku" branded cameras are the same hardware as some of the Wyze cameras I use, but almost everything else is different and proprietary like the access, app, firmware, etc.) To my knowledge, The Roku cameras are only accessible from the Roku app on a phone or the smart home app on the Roku TV. I hope this answers your question and thanks for supporting the channel.
@@SmarthomeRiggs o ok think better got with the ruko camara you got difrend one no like this people got no got any sink card to be recorded tray see can fine better one I cant you say the camara I got no work with any smart tv don't work my ruko tv Smart thank s much don't what can do g bless
If your Insignia TV has FireTV then any camera that can be added to Alexa is able to be pulled up on the TV ( like the Wyze outdoor cams, etc. To bring the camera up just press the blue Alexa button and asking for that specific camera (example: "Bring up the Backyard camera." ) this should bring up the backyard camera until you press the back button. I hope this answers your question and thanks for supporting the channel.
Are you referring to the Wyze Battery Cam Plus? If so once the firmware update is released it should work with the MicroSD card and not need the Cam Plus. If you are referring to this video I do not have a Cam Plus subscription, and my Wyze Cam V2, V3, V3 Pro, V2 Pan, and V3 Pan are all working in TinyCam Pro and we were told by the developer that the Battery Cam Plus should now work as well. We will be testing that soon and we'll post a comment in that video with our results. Thanks for the comment and Thanks for supporting the channel.
The password is the one that you setup for your wyze app. You are setting up the TinyCam Pro app to log into the Wyze platform. Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment.
Do you know if this will work with the v3 pan Cam
Yes I can view my Wyze Cam Pan V3 from the TinyCam Pro on the fire stick and the Fire 8 tab that sits next to my laptop has the feed from that cam pulled up 24/7 (so I can quickly bring up the control and pan the camera manually when needed). Thank you for the question and comment.
I need you to come to my house or a 12 year old to figure this stuff out.
😂😂
What if I want to watch my business cameras from home. Do I need to be on the sand network?
This is not an easy question to answer as I don't know the security or firewall configs you're using at your work (nor would I ask you... lol) I will however say that I set the TinyCam Pro app up on my FireTV 4k Max and recently I traveled to another state to visit a friend. While there I was able to plug my Fire Stick into his TV, connect to his WiFi, and watch all of my apps on the stick including watching and controlling my cameras at home using the TinyCam Pro app. I hope this helps and as always, thank you for supporting the channel.
When I try to download the app it just says "unavailable."
What type of device do you own? what version of OS is it running. If it is not compatible with the new security protocol it may not be visible to you in the app store. I hope this helps, thank you for supporting the channel.
hey, i have been using this app but recently the app closes off and goes back to my firestick homescreen. have you experienced this?
That has happened on occasion, I am not sure if it is an application issue or an issue with available memory on the firestick. Tiny Cam Pro did recently update the app so if you have not run it you should (FYI-it made me reset up my camera, but it was super easy) and I hope they'll be updating it again soon to include the ability to see other Wyze cams like the Doorbell Pro, and the newest OG and OG telephoto. Thank you for supporting the channel and thank you for your comment.
@@SmarthomeRiggs I try to search for tiny cam pro on fire stick but it says not available. Do you know why?
@@lot5953 I just checked and unless you have an original FireStick, (prior to the Alexa integration) you can do a search for "tinycam" all one word, and you will see the TinyCam Pro as a suggestion. There you will find the TinyCam Monitor Pro (which is $3.99). It's totally worth the $3.99 (in our opinion). We hope this helps and thanks for checking out and supporting the channel by leaving us a comment.
@@SmarthomeRiggs thank you so much for responding to my question. I will check which version of fire stick that I have
How do I set up camera channels?
In the advanced settings (pictured at 2:24 in the video) is where you put in your channel numbers. The actual channel numbers are determined by the order of the devices in your Wyze app, the first device is channel 1, 2nd is channel 2, etc. However, some devices like the Wyze Outdoor Plug, have "Ghost devices" that cause your channel numbers to be higher. But once you find the channel number of your first camera, the next devices in the list should be 1 higher and so on. I hope this helps and thanks for supporting the channel.
@@SmarthomeRiggs thanks
Happy to help. Glad it worked out for you.
Omg this is so good would i be able to use this with eufy cameras
Eufy is one of the manufacturers listed in the new camera setup, so I can’t imaging why you wouldn’t be able to use Eufy cameras with TinyCam. We use it with a mix bag or Wyze camera mostly, but some Reolink, TP-Link, Blink, Foscam, etc.
Try it and leave us a comment to let us know if it works for you. And thanks again for leaving us a comment and supporting the channel.
How do I find my channel number on my Wyze camera
Tiny cam is saying unavailable on my fire stick any reason why?
I just checked on my FireTV and My fireTV Cube, I went to the search and typed "Tinyca" and TinyCam Pro showed up in the list. What model of device are you using?
Can you use old phones too?
@@SmarthomeRiggs thank you some body tell me need difrend TV to I can used different camara security wireless
Will this work with the WYZE cam pan v3?
Yes, the new update works with the V3 Pan and the new OG cams as well.
What is tiny cam for ?
TinyCam Pro is an application that allows you to see a large variety of WiFi or IP connected camera's ranging from the old Foscam - to the new Wyze Cam Pan V2, (There are a few camera that are not supported due to their increased security protocols like RING, or because the cameras get their connection from a bridge like the Wyze Outdoor Cams,) But with this application you can see multiple cameras on any TV using a fire stick or Google TV, or in a widget on your home screen if you have an android phone or tablet.
@@SmarthomeRiggs if I get a fire stick , how many cameras can I view on one screen ? I have 6 v3 cameras and plan on adding 2 more so 8 cameras soon?
I only have 4 set up on mine I can see if I can get all 8 of mine connected and viewable at the same time.
You can view up to 25 on one screen. But honestly, your mileage may very depending on what your network can support. In the video we show the multiple templates you can use, but 4-8 on one screen is all I would recommend, (unless your TV is huge and your internet is super fast). Hope this helps.
In the description we have a link to Lucky Dawg’s video a few years ago and he’s got like 16 on his screen.

Lmao wtf
While we were waiting for a pickup at our local IKEA, we stuck up a conversation with the people waiting next to us and my kid Tommy was telling their kids about our UA-cam channel.
Gotta love Tommy's "Guerrilla Marketing". LOL
I can only add one out of five lol 😅
This is the old video, please try the new process for adding cameras to the updated version of Tiny Cam Pro. Check out that video here. ua-cam.com/video/X6MfnhPn2Zk/v-deo.htmlsi=b3bjp95weeRphI5j
Based on the latest comments I’m guessing this no longer works?

How do you know your channel number?
The channel number for the Wyze cameras is based on the order of the cameras in your Wyze app. however there are a few Wyze products that install with a link between them and the router (door lock, outdoor camera base, outdoor plug unit itself.) these create a "ghost device" that can not be moved lower in the list and this can cause your top camera to go from "1" to "4".
Decent video but does not address 2 factor setup with Wyze cameras in the what I feel like is still a janky app.
The cameras I used in the video are made by Wyze (available on Amazon, wyze.com, and Home Depot.)
The "Roku" branded cameras are the same hardware as some of the Wyze cameras I use, but almost everything else is different and proprietary like the access, app, firmware, etc.) To my knowledge, The Roku cameras are only accessible from the Roku app on a phone or the smart home app on the Roku TV.
@@SmarthomeRiggs Insignia tv can got any camara security wireless battery to put with it thank s much you help
Wyze work only if camplus subscribed
Are you referring to the Wyze Battery Cam Plus? If so once the firmware update is released it should work with the MicroSD card and not need the Cam Plus. If you are referring to this video I do not have a Cam Plus subscription, and my Wyze Cam V2, V3, V3 Pro, V2 Pan, and V3 Pan are all working in TinyCam Pro and we were told by the developer that the Battery Cam Plus should now work as well. We will be testing that soon and we'll post a comment in that video with our results. Thanks for the comment and Thanks for supporting the channel.
Where are you getting password from ?
The password is the one that you setup for your wyze app. You are setting up the TinyCam Pro app to log into the Wyze platform. Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment.
