This must either have been THE most unpopular bar in that area or the slowest day of the month. I have never been in any bar that was this "quiet" except on a "bad" night. And I don't know, but if I had ever been to a bar like this I wouldn't have gone back after my 1st 15 minutes...looks desperate.
