Plan B would be Willie Adames, Keeps Jazz at 3rd, move Volpe to second base. Trade Stroman plus a prospect for Bellinger and play him at first base. Move Judge back to RF, the Martian at CF, and sign profer to play left field. Sign Fried and Scott to close.
What I need is who besides Soto? Soto alone wasn’t enough. Last year was proof of this. Yes we got to the big dance but we lost it. We need more help. Soto alone won’t do anything.
Unfortunately, only one of the three teams that he is a “must” for are going to get that must, and then the other two are going to be fvcked. The team that gets Soto is the one that has the best chances of beating the Dodgers this year. He’s a real difference maker for the Mets and, for the Yankees, they’ll need him back if they want to go to the WS again next year. I have nothing against the Yankees, but I’m seriously sick of us Mets fans always losing and taking it up the rear all the time. That must stop here.
Yankees plan B should be to get under the competitive balance tax. This team is nowhere near the World Series if Soto leaves. Play Ben Rice, Oswald Cabrera, Dominguez, etc.
The plan B for the yanks should be spending what they would have spent on Soto and fix the glaring holes at 1st and 3rd. Walker should be 1st option for 1B, then Alonso (if the mets do not re-sign him). At 3rd base i like bregman. 2nd option you can trade for McNeil who can give you versatility. Belli is a good option and it may not cost the yanks much to get him and for 2 yrs that's a steal.
I couldn’t agree less with everything Evan proposed outside of trading Dominiquez and Jones for Crochet and Louis Robert’s Jr. outside of that his plan is hot garbage on so many levels
I'm surprised Morash knows about Murakami (he butchered his name) I didn't think he was that tapped into Japanese prospects. That being said Murakami has had 2 down years since breaking the Japanese-born home run record. His value has severely decreased from 2 years ago
Plan B is getting Bregman and Walker. There's nobody at 1B. If they do get Soto, it's Rice at 1st, Durbin at 3B and Chisolm at his natural position, 2B.
Hello good night l yankess fan the geat plan B for yankess frst trade for vlady guerrero Jr to play 1B trade for Carlos Corea to play 3B l yankess this great plan B for yankess
Juan Soto is bad? Bo bichette is literally ATROCIOUS, why would I ever want him? He’s atrocious offensively, defensively, and he’s slow. And Soto is way better than vladdy.

What scares NYY’s is the possibility of paying Juan Soto. Bringing him back will haunt them for over a decade.
Soto to the Red Sox tomorrow for $700 Million!!!!!!

We don’t get to the World Series without Soto. There was no one in the entire playoffs more clutch than him.
When the reinstate Shoeless Joe I’ll forgive Bergman and Correa.
Soto is a MUST!!

Red Sox are pursuing him big time
Sadly, I’m usually all my girlfriends’ Plan B.

These guys are adding players assuming the teams they get them from are selling cheap. They won't be.

Sober up. Soto returns, the buck stops there.
@362chop right. And Rice, Durbin and Chisolm are all under team-friendly contracts already, ya dope.
@ All three suck. Get yourself a thesaurus, you really can use one. You’re welcome.
What a stupid plan b
You already took in Cole so get over it
All the trash can Astros are cheaters 4 life in my book.
Its an imaginary book.

He’s bad , get me vlady and Bo bichette

Plan B should involve loading up with pitching and defense. Do whatever it takes to bring in Luis Arraez, the table setter.
