Been using fl studio for about 6 years. Bought ableton last year. Haven't started a single project with it. I think it's time to knock the dust off. A million thanks to you, Mr. Bill.
Thanks Mr Bill, it probably takes u about 30 to 45 min to craft the perfect snare.. but there is no way i can do what u do, way too many skills I wish I have the time to develop.. I appreciate the time you took to share it tho!
HONESTLY dude, were all waiting for an ARRANGEMENT/COMPOSITION video. This is where you shine, this is also what can be the hardest thing to get your head around. Come on, make a video like the layering video you made before.
Hey man! Really enjoyed your work. Quick question, I'm very very new at this, as in days. I have created a song with only midi but my ruler or time of play maxes out and ends at 2 minutes, I managed to stretch it to 2:30 minutes by right clicking the top ruler and clicking show all but it won't go past 78 bars or 2:30 minutes of play. How can I get it longer to keep adding more midi? I have no audio clips in it, still don't know how to use them well. I want it to be about 4ish minutes maybe but just can't figure out how to extend my track past 2:30 minutes. Google n forums didn't help BTW. Please help if you can, thank you!
What if you add another voice into the "donk" operator (turn on carrier B), with a different waveform and harmonics? Maybe that would help it sound less "synthetic" at the end. Also, missed opportunity click bait naming this "Game of Amounts-Bend the Snare"
I still preach Mr Bill is the best content on Ableton to this day. There are greats as well but he’s the most in depth and DEF the fastest 🏎

One of the most informing channel i know 👌👌👌
Incredible tutorial, as always. Plus I love your intro, cracks me up every time :D thanks dude.
Thank you! The actual neurofunk's snare process intrigued me!
the pre delay was coming from the "shape parameter" it was all the way up and tends to tie more late reflections at that point.
THANK YOU

You’re so smart 🤘😩
Epic as always.
Typically a quick pitch bend on the "Donk" sound (just like a kick) gives It more punch and snare like quality!
yesssss exactly my move
(Snarebows)Sensei snaremaster SIR!
Thank you very much
I believe coarse dobles the pitch, like 100-200-400-800 etc, giving octaves

Okay. I follow, but how did you just add Operator to a rack rather than making a rack and adding operator to it?
Thanks for the tute man!
damn i am 5 years behind.. i went through all the steps.. and now i can't download the rack..
it's all about using the donk wisely
Hi, what shourtcuts did you use to create that audio effect rack around the start of minute 6?
nevermind. watched it 10 more times and was able to figure it out :)
best tut on yt on this btw. thanks for doing what you do
@@mooz1e how did he do it?
none of these old ableton racks are available anymore and it's devastating 😭
Didgeridoo next?
What about xenomorph indigestion?
