I struggle with my wrists, (I'm 57) so tend to train punches as opposed to palm strikes (slaps are ok) any tips to save my knuckles if the worst should happen ?
He keeps including the pharse, "for me" and I like that. For him certain moves were less effective than others but he didn't close the door on the idea it might work for you! There is enough material here to keep me busy for a further 2-3 months!
