Hey brotha Just found your channel and subbed! I started my LLC last month for cargo van/sprinter van hauling.. and I’m very excited and just reading and watching to soak up as much knowledge as possible before I hit the road, do you have a minute to answer just 2 questions, where is the best place to purchase/finance a van?, and where can I start finding loads or better yet a Dispatcher/broker?, Thank yoy so much in advance and stay safe
You need to get with a company that dies what we do and lease onto a good carrier or broker. Buying a van is just like buying a car. Either a dealership or Facebook marketplace if u have cash in hand to buy for cash.
Now sure why anyone would need a 4500 and AWD. Going to be a lot less economical and we're only dealing with winter 3 months out of the year and not even in every state. I would not recommend buying an AWD. And would never spend 88k on a sprinter. I a year you'll put 120k + miles on it and it will be worth half of what you paid for it. I'd buy used with low mileage.
👍 My e brake works good for that. Only when I'm loading 3k + then I put it in neutral when pallets are being slid inside. Otherwise when it's wood on metal sliding on the e tracks in the van like butter. There's no pushing when u have the right set up.
We use special expediting load boards. After you're in the business for a long time then brokers call or email offering freight as well without even posting freight on the load boards.
Longest ford has more cargo space than the pro master. And its normally a high roof vs ramp you need to get the longest one and it can still have only a 70" tall roof vs 72". Im a diesel guy and loving the sprinter as its the longest, tallest and most economical vehicle for the business.
@@Eagle-Xpress nice to know it things like that can make deliveries easier also can u make tutorial on how to use clamp straps cus I never used it and would like to know how
I am of Moroccan nationality, keenly interested in working in Canada, I am an expert in driving manual and automatic vans and I have several years of experience in goods transport and home delivery. how can I have a Canadian work contract? Have a great day.
that first carpet drop off at 10:20 reminds me of the holo deck from star trek lol

what city is this at at the 8:53 mark?
Do you need a cdl to drive one of those larger sprinters? Just stumbled across your channel and I’m very intrigued. Thanks!
No, cdl is not needed.
You can legally drive a large box truck with your regular drivers license. Look at large moving trucks like U Haul and such.
U put foam around, instead of insulation???? Dont forget have it in N to avoid forklift push u and mess transmisition clic....

Did u ever have to remove the front passenger seat for a load to fit?
no, 192" long cargo space has been enough so far.
@@Eagle-Xpress Wow thats the size of my 16FT BT
Hi, Is it a good time for me to start working? What is the best brand to buy Ford or Ram )?

The disel engine will be a big problem if you need to fix it,it will cost you a lot money
My dad has 700k miles on his didn't need to fix anything. Sprinters run for a long time. I'm over 350k miles as well and no fixing needed.
whats the length of your sprinter ? and thanks for sharing ,good info
192" long cargo space length.
thank you sir @@Eagle-Xpress
Good work 😊
Being nosey. Is the rate for that job about normal for that work or do others pay more according to load or drops. (UK here)
All depends on the competition in the area and the load market at the time.
How do you find a dispatch?
You just need to lease on with a carrier like us or a broker to dispatch you.
@@Eagle-Xpress how do I do that ? I’m here in Florida and with the company allowed me to rent because if so, I can get a rental no problem.
I Already have my llc
We don't work with rental vans. Must be owned by the driver, and so do many other companies like ours.
Nice video thanks!

I guess you don't know the business. When you have a smaller van you're limiting your self.
