As soon as you said under the house , I remembered all the timber my dad hoarded timber all the time and placed under house. Bless the man, his no longer with us so ill take advantage of it and save some money.

Street/council cleanup has been my best source of that pine. Quite surprising how many people throw out beds ... a real boon for the amateur woodworker ;)
