Here, let me show you five moves I use myself with patients a lot to make sure that hip is opened up and ready to go. So the first three moves are going to include a heavy band that is anchored to something stable on the wall.
    That's a really quick routine. It'll only take you about five to six minutes. Do that before you walk, before you bike, before you play tennis, before you lift weights. Move that hip, get it opened up with this routine, that hip pain, that stiffness will go away. Your pain is going to be better. You're going to function better.
