Sadly, no, Loviatar wants people to enjoy suffering. She's also evil-aligned, and is highly unlikely to want to help anyone. Lathander is probably also a no-go (he hates undead, and she associates with Astarion). Selune, on the other hand, would almost certainly take her. Depending how you play, Karlach has done a lot for Selune. And Selune asks very little of her followers, so even a single prayer mentioning her is probably enough to count in Karlach's case.
Poor Karlach. She deserves better. It feels like being stuck with a chronic illness no matter what you do. I wish the gods actually listened like Selúne or Ilmater. You could say that they did if you're playing as a cleric and their paths aligned to help her, but she deserves so much more, especially in a setting where magic can do all sorts of things.
Her ending feels like a real cursed decision, like choosing between pestilence and cholera. I wish that there was really a chance on a unique Wish spell for wizards or a Miracle spell for clerics

I'm going to go mug Gale and steal the hidden Scroll of True Resurrection that he's carrying. You know, the spell that can raise any willing soul, replacing limbs, organs, even an entire body if needed, that he's been carrying THIS ENTIRE TIME. You die, we remove the engine, and we revive you hale and whole with your own natural heart. Then, once this business with the Absolute is over, I hire every bard in the city to give us an orchestral swell as we ride off into the sunset.
I was sobbing during the date and after it too... 😢 The whole breakdown lasted for like 10 minutes. It got me so good... 😭 Might be the best gaming moment I have ever had ❤️🔥 It happened last weekend and I still cry from it... During this scene however, I teared up and was sad. During her request at the camp... I was even sadder, on the verge of full-fledged tears. The date though... I heard about its existence before, but NOTHING could prepare for what I'd feel. And believe me when I say this - I WOULD NOT handle Karlach dying in my arms... If a date made me sob, then I can't even imagine what her death would do to me... But I am so SO glad Larian added Avernus ending... I am so glad and happy they did this 😭🙏 Now time to wait for them to add back Fixing Karlach's Heart ending... P.S. Sorry for the rant, just wanted to get it off my chest. I am yet to complete my first playthrough.

Hug option for sure. By mortal standards I went through my own hell, and coincidentally that was for ten years, too. The intensity of this scene took me back to a place in my own life. After hearing this I would have given her the biggest hug if I could, she so needs it.
GALE could make himself useful and hand over the True Resurrection scroll that he's got hidden away. It's basically tailor-made to do exactly what Karlach needs, and Larian just... forgot about it?
With the crazy things you can do with powerful magic in this game. I feel like if you get your hands and actual heart you should be able to cure her. Because you can actually get hearts in Baltazars room from the corpses. One can only hope 😢…
The part that angers me about it is Gale HAS that option, but it wasn't implemented. He's got a scroll of True Resurrection hidden on his person in case he dies. Karlach has not been quiet about her eventual passing. Gale is a bit wordy, but a good person who cares for his friends. There's no in-plot reason for him not to use the scroll for her after he gets the orb under control.

Best case scenario they add back the cut content of her quest to actually fix her engine for good.

Wish there was a happier ending than the ones she gets. Maybe they'll release a DLC where we fix her heart.
