Well, that buff that allows lich to attack ground shifts them to the top level of tier 5. Magogs surely needed that buff but does Necropolis suffer from a weak creature pool to make liches even stronger?
I honestly sometimes think the Necro roster is so strong, that they could go without level 7 creature. It that would be too much nerf then they could just allow the player to give a bonus population to another creature (no doubling from the castle) of their choice - like 2 more black knights, or 4 more vampires, and to be allowed to switch it around. I would honestly just have the extra vamps.
One thing later Heroes did well was separating speed and initiative. Imagine how much better gorgons would have fated with low speed but high initiative.
I don't know about this separation - I personally prefer the heroes 3 system - even before the turn queue was introduced, you could reliably keep the whole battle order in your head, based on speed alone. Could you tell me more, in what way was the separation good? Also I do like Tolkien's view on this - take the ents for example, they were super slow moving - both physically and as initiative - they took forever just to say good morning. So in my head the two have always been tied together somehow and it made sense to me.
make an army with just skeletons and liches and you are OP ...get the specific items for the skeletons bonus and after you have enough move to the items for liches :D
Well, necro is quite strong on big maps, where you can farm to your heart's desire. I very much like to play thematically with them and sometimes I prolong the AI games, just to get unnecessarily big amount of them just for fun.
If you are referring to the Death Cloud, that is definitely huge for them. In this tournament they are often able to strike 3 or 2 enemies at once, and in real battle they force the opponent to spread out and not to crowd too much. Utility, damage - they have it all I guess.
I believe it is because they are not a living creature, as @ThePhenom170 pointed out. I am a bit surprised that the developers didn't make them completely immune to Liches attack. It would have added a lot of flavor to such units and made them more useful in general.
I'm looking forward for someone who will make these comparisons with hero stats more than 0/0 for e.g. 20/20 it would change some outcomes and surprise many.
@@marcinki2912 result will be the same if both heroes have same stats. It doesnt matter if its 0/0 or 30/30. Only creature with diferent result will be Behemoth/Ancient Behemoth becouse its speciality.
@@blackwidow7804 maybe you're right, but I remember I did this comparisons about 20 years ago and the results was different especially for each archer units. The boost for attack and defense is different for level ups so archers become more powerful. This also applies to the units with counterattack block ability. Maybe I'm wrong that's why I wrote this I'd like to see this.
@@blackwidow7804 OK it might be true, I don't argue cause I'm amatuer (didn't play this game for years). I just thought that each 1 points of Attack add 5% to damage and 1 DEF decrease damage 2,5% what may impact differently depending of the unit stats, but after consideration you're certainly right.
An honest mistake. I already updated all future maps to include the Luck suppression artifact too. Also I am preparing a fix episode with all screw ups so far, that will be replayed 😅😅
Liches vs Genies: first of all Genies could win if they wait first. Second why did Liches get lucky hits??? 3rd Minotaur fight would be less close if again Minotaurs wait since they have spd 8. Same goes for Thunderbirds.
@@blackwidow7804 You are right - I just went and saw that I missed that one. Unfortunately it happens from time to time, when a starting artifact sneaks in, I am usually trying to spot and prevent these accidents, and had to record some entries over. On the good side, it did not really affect the battle results at all. I even caught sometimes a ring +1/+1 for example 😅😅😅😅 By the way it cannot be edited without taking down the whole video and reuploading it, so it will have to stay like this. Thank you for catching it and watching it so closely 👍👍😊❤

Pit Lords did surprisingly well. I expected less from them tbh.

Well yes, godamn powerhouse of a unit. Necropolis ftw!!!
I can relate to your comment
Still Minos better
They are good because of chmura gazu they produce

Chmura gazu😭😭😭
Strange...a cloud only hits one magma elemental 💨💀
Elementals are magical creatures, not a life form therefore they are immune to poison, mind spells, morale etc

@@HeroesKitchen yep, all elementals except storm are pretty much useless
What about Ice elementals ? I think they are also useful and die less to castle towers and random opponent spells.
@HeroesKitchen they seem weak to me, i mean their attack seems weak but maybe im mistaken

I guess also the Nixes for the same reason, but otherwise I agree that it would be the same.

@marcinki2912 you are wrong 1000%. Atk/def counter each other. If you give both heroes same stats its the same as 0/0.

Bro! Not again... Yet this time luck came at worst of the matchups! Even with the stupidest decisions possible those genies could have won...

So, who would win thunderbirds vs minatuars?
Minotaurs i thnik, higher dmg
Minotaur video is out now, and the Thunderbirds will be out really soon. Stay tuned, to verify your predictions 👍
If you dont know anything it would be hard to believe that a P.Liches/Liches and Monks/Zealots are the same level😂
It can be surprising how different units are balanced at the same level. Thanks for your comment!

Yeah just noticed xeron has +1 luck for genie fight not sure why

First
Hardly; the Olghoi will be first unless Birbs don't bolt on every attack.
Tell that to your wife.
