Ok guys, I checked. The Princess Diana bear has a bunch of listings in the hundreds and even thousands, but most sales on eBay are under $20. The high listings just seem to be fishing for crazy Princess Di collectors.
Edit a day later: so while on my own antique mall escapade, I found a Hope praying beanie baby. I did some quick research... And once again, eBay is full of Hope bears for a few bucks each.
Mostly 1st print that has the value and the rest are worthless. Idk if 2nd print has value now for I know it was pricy during the hype era. All those people who cared about the print run got burned for sure. Mostly there 2-8 locally depending how quick u wanna sell.
Except the one Riff showed that was almost twelve thousand, was a sold listing.
@@R3troZone unfortunately, a "sold" listing doesn't mean an item that was paid for. That listing is already gone, but there is another listing that "sold" for best offer, originally $50,000. It's currently relisted from the same seller for $5 +shipping.

The reason the price is so high for the sold listings of beanie babies is because theyre bot sold listings, you can check the name of the seller, its typically one word then a couple numbers after and they have no seller history

My grandmother used to own a flower shop and they sold Beanie Babies....people would line up outside an hour or more before the shop opened on the days she got her beanie babies shipment. Crazy Stuff. Kinda like gamers on midnight releases at the game stores, so I get it. Cheers!

Capitol Critters and Fish Police were both prime time cartoons that aired in 1992... I'm assuming, cause of the popularity of The Simpsons. The Simpsons actually make fun of them in the opening of one of the Treehouse of Horrors, having the show names on tombstones.

Capitol critters was short lived. Around Clinton’s first term in office. Was kinda funny. Nice character design and animation was pretty good.

Why would that PAC MAN wall hanging be not for sale? That’s inappropriate for any secondhand store. Some furniture they use to display the stuff for sale in vendor booths (such as some cabinets and bookcases) are always not for sale now but they always are later on.
So because it’s a second hand store they can’t have decorations to draw you in…? Got the logic I think
