Hi James! Great content as always! Really miss your live poker blog. Really hope that format would be back to the channel in the future! You are the goat!
Thank you. I fall into the category of lumping my opponents into a "type category" and not updating it often enough. I am going to start using the player notes more often to compare current play to past notes.
Thank you for this video. Making me think about what games I should be playing, I'm too Sticky... I also have a tendency to play in smaller stakes games and not thinking about my Table Image. Perhaps its time for me to pump it up. Thank you SIR!
Game selection can be a tough one for a live game player depending on where you are. Which day and time you are playing is a good standard at choosing typical game types (weekend gamblers vs daily regs/NITs/TAGs). If you are in an area of smaller rooms (only couple tables) it can be tough to optimize game selection. Bet sizing is something I'm working on as well. Having some pattern seems fine, but then what story am I telling when I deviate from it....maybe a bit of table image work as well. Great stuff as always, really appreciate the content.
I often play on ACR Tables or Ignition. On ACR tables I generally run into NITs or really great players at every Limit. A lot of Nits on Ignition. Table Selection really is hit and miss. I sometimes see 1 player spewing chips but you can never count on that. If someone does it I mark them but by the time the other players are done there is usually little left without luck. Is there a better way to table select from the lobby?
That Time-thinking thing, from my perspective, if that is in the mind, you should not play "wilder" times, at weekends for example or online in the evening, there are more players which can try more crazy things. If you look for times take smaller fields with more Regs, for sure, but that has more structure. Calms down the game and so yourself, all in all, happenend to me. GG, nice Vid :)
Love you brother! Question, is the DIVIATE course included in the PRO membership? Also, my math may be the worst in the history of poker layers, is there any hoe or me??? Brett
Yes, DEVIATE is included in PRO. And anyone can learn the math, it will just take longer for some people. Have you tried my workbook yet? www.splitsuit.com/poker-preflop-math-workbook
@@ThePokerBank Thank you. I used to work as an editor, just put the music very low, like background music. Start with laying it as just minimally audible, background music can be pleasant, but you have it so loud, so that it sounds almost like an audio in an action scene in an action movie, so it’s distracting. In the meanwhile I will work on improving my (not so great) poker skills and I am highly grateful for your contribution. We all have things to learn and improve, and I will be watching your future videos. Thank you.
I'm working on the audio mixing (for the BG music levels), for sure. Out of curiosity, have you tried watching my content at .75x? I'm curious if that speed helps at all...
That's quite a mouthful of mumbo jumbo lol. Well running good is hands down by far the most important thing that needs to happen in order to win a session. Everything else is almost meaningless as it's perfectly fine to make any kind of play some of the time

Thank you Kyro! I'm still working on finding a suitable room for new VLOG footage. Since leaving FL I've found this challenging.
Thank you so much for this. I have been constantly losing money online and now I see I have many of this common leaks.

Good job Brian!
Great video! I'd love more in-depth videos for each one of these points!

I still consider myself a beginner, even though I've been playing since like 2010/2011 😅.
This channel is still the BEST to learn from imo.
😮 do you play regularly?
Thanks Chance!
Thank you for all your videos Sweeney!
You're very welcome Henry!
As usual Great video. Thanks
Great advice, James! Thank you, sir!🍀👍
Amazing insight from a world class player. Thanks again.
Thank you Jacob!
Thanks again James, big fan.
Have you done anything on playing the bottom of your range in/out of position, getting raised in/ out of position??
Thank you Jack! I don't think I've done anything that specific from a macro POV (though I've reviewed hands on the channel that fit that spec).

You can use exploitative sizing live if nobody is paying attention to your bet sizing tells, of which most aren’t.
Cheers!
@@KH-ic9ztwhat are ACR Tables vs Ignition??
You are the Man Sir! Thanks.
You're very welcome Eugene!
Hey if you would show all the strategy by showing some hands would be great to understand it better thanks

Did you watch the new DEVIATE course yet? Or the additional 6-video bonus videos that just came out related to it?
na is that in core? I didn't see it@@ThePokerBank
Your music it too loud compared to your voice. Great Poker Player. Very Bad editing.
I'm working on finding the right mix - thanks for the feedback!
I had beans on toast for dinner tonight

great video. as a member of the zoomer generation, in the meantime of your intro i could've watched like 60 tiktoks.
Cheers! I hope the tradeoff between an intro and 60 tiktoks that have 0 education benefit pays off!
You forgot to leave the card on the top right
Timestamp so I can find and add it? Thanks Mcxi!
Hello bro
Can you try to articulate more (speak slower) and if you can't, please reduce or even remove the background music.
Thanks in advance!!!!!!
Naaah he he should start blasting metal in the background so you dont lose focus
