This feels like me at the moment. I'm going through So ocd relapse. I had so ocd back in 2013 and I eventually got better. This year I had it come back. The bark is not as bad as it used to be but it's still hanging around and that's what's frustrating me. I just want to get back into life more than anything

Very good - try search for michael greenberg ocd on youtube he is very good at explaining all the ways we ruminate without knowing it - we all can stop rumination that part we have 100% control over because its analytical thinking. Often we dont get all these thoughts we simply ruminate without realising it

I had Ocd for a some years then watching your videos and applying your techniques I recovered and was very well for 2-3 years. Then a few days ago I had a Ocd Relapse because I was triggered watching a scary movie. Eventually I got much better after 3-4 days. But I don’t understand why I had this. What did I do wrong? How do I find my sneaky compulsions? I’ve been working hard and I want to recover once and for all.

Any suggestions on ocd worry about my sister and I passing out if a family member comes home after having blood done or a shot? It’s really annoying I never used to be that way it’s only when my sister passed out one time with my sisters surgery and now I sike myself out and feel lightheaded and think I’ll pass out and my sister if someone comes home form the doctor do you have any suggestions to help? itd mean a lot

So I had anxiety tied with meta ocd, I get anxiety still but I don’t care. I was worrying about “am I doing this correctly?!” Every thought I had felt sooo wrong.
Now it’s tying into my dating life and gym. I don’t feel ‘manly’ enough for certain partners, and I get super nervous, also for the gym I used to go a lot but now I get these feelings of unmotivation.
My OG theme is gone, but now I’m worried my ocd is getting worse. I’m scared that it’s latched onto other things. The thing is:
Is it a lie, the same way it was lying about me doing everything wrong with my anxiety, or is it true that I have ocd in these other aspects and I must ‘treat it’ accordingly. Idk this shits confusing
