I've started using Yoycol or have been wanting to do so because the product selection is awesome and the prices are great. Granted when you add in shipping it is no longer that cheap but still most acceptable. I LOVE their mockup generator, it's truly the best I've come across. I've ordered sample items and have had issues with quality control which they have refunded. My 20 baseball caps were stuffed into a small box and they were all creased and unusable but I'm awaiting my replacement caps. I know the person responsible for packaging got alerted/reprimanded about what happened and I'm pretty certain henceforth Yoycol will be more careful. For the initial two baseball cap samples I received, the all-over print and cap quality was just awesome. Can't wait to have them in my store. Other product samples I've received their quality and the sewing are really good. Yet, I too am concerned with potential customer complaints. The fact is they are still a young company but what I think is their biggest issue is that they are just expanding too fast. They need to stop, perfect their system, and iron out all those technical/computer/language issues first. I think a lot of their problems are Ai-related-glitches with their complex computer programs. That said, I have had no significant complaints about their customer support. My only complaint is that they aren't available to chat over the weekend and as per government regulations, they do shut down for days at a time for various state holidays throughout the year. In our shops, we must convey/emphasize to our customers the reality of shipping times and as you said Mey, encourage people to plan ahead when ordering. Even though I've had several sample issues, I'm still looking forward to having some of their products in my new shop. I'm quite certain they do listen to their customers and do make the changes as they are able. I believe it is Yoycol implemented all those improvements in their system that causes all those glitches. My friend is a computer programmer and I understand the complexity of a website/business such as theirs.
I’ve been looking into Yoycol as they offer unique products that I just haven’t seen from other POD companies. Your review gave me a more realistic view on what having them as a fulfillment partner would be like at this current stage. I do really appreciate the fact that they have evolved so quickly and hope they they can reach a stage where it would be easier to communicate with them and solve any issues that may arise. Thank you for sharing this.
They do have so many amazing and unique products that it's mind blowing! And I think that if I were to open a shop in which I keep stock myself- I would probably be using them . I just don't like the idea of their horrible generic Ali Express packaging- for print on demand. I feel like it would never be presentable enough for me.
Hey beautiful! Thank you for doing this review as it was me who asked if you had heard of them. I too am conflicted about using them because of exactly everything that you have stated with strange communication, emoji's and incorrect production info. I did give them the benefit of doubt as when I placed my order it was during the extreme lock down in Shanghai... It is just that their prices are so good. I have been looking for a POD company that does cotton clothing and was happy with what I got from them. I was going to integrate them to my website, but to be honest I don't trust them dealing directly with my customers. I think using them to buy my own stock and checking orders myself is a better bet... Thanks again for your review and looking forward to seeing the other products you got! Xxx
Sorry for only getting back to comments now, it has been 1 crazy month !! BUT- awesome to see it was you., you made me wanna check them out even after all the crazy time they've put me through. Their prices are indeed amazing, but yeah- can be a bit hard to trust them as a fulfillment partner with all that's been going on in China (and the world) Using them to buy your own stock is an amazing idea, I literally commented above you that if I was looking to do that now- I would use them. Then you can really go nuts with branded packages and make your own exclusive brand, as well as contact them for discounts with volume orders.
You’re so natural, I love your candidness :) Having said that, I’ve been in business for many years and I totally understand your dilemma because good quality is always hard to find + if you say it’s good, I know it is which like you said makes it very difficult to kill the pull… BUT your video conveyed a very clear message and that’s the one that reminds us of how crucial client service is and always will be if not more important than the price itself…Unfortunately we usually realize it only when we have an issue… 🙂I think you found the solution when you said, people should maybe order for themselves or simple gifts so they can deal with the headache personally (should it occur) instead of having to deal with clients over n over again if doing business with them while the people you need answers from, hardly understand or listen for that matter….The efforts they make may be commendable but obviously, the lingo and terms of the North American and/or Europe continent are lacking and to me, that’s a huge problem…🤦🏻♀️ Big headache if you ask me.. My opinion/solution ahah! on this company, Is consistency like maybe doing business with them for a little while on a small scale to see if consistency and constancy are both predictable and by then maybe they’ll have changed up a few things and hired people who actually answer questions that they’ve listened to and have a little more congruency and therefore be much better and ready to work with…A very valuable and “great to know” video today (👌🏼) Thank you for that. :) you actually answered a few question I had and I’m grateful for the extra knowledge. I will definitely order for me personally and maybe share my experience in a comment when I do…If you’re curious ahah!! In the meantime, I’ll keep watching. PS: those prices are insane!!!
I have ordered a few items over the last couple of weeks for myself and am looking forward to seeing the results. I had to ask a couple of questions and got polite replies and one apology when they didn’t back to me for a number of hours. Their prices are very good so will be good to see the items. I am an avid Pattern/ Art Designer but don’t have an active online store so don’t have to be concerned about customers at this stage or postage times.

Coming up in August. I had to sort some things out first. However it's the same process as with any Print on demand supplier, and fairly automatic, you can try it yourelf- just follow their integration steps (if you don't wanna wait till August)
As someone who gets anxious at even the smallest customer support issue, I personally won't use a supplier who is difficult to work with. I think that using them to print gifts, etc. is your safest option. Just my opinion.
Oh geez! I was like oh that's amazing POD bedding for cheap... but I'm with you I wouldn't do business with them. I personally would constantly stressed out that people aren't getting their orders with that system. Then add in the language barrier, ugh no just too much. You want me to tell what to do . I would not let you costumers buy directly fom Yoycol untill they fixed the fulfillment issues . Untill then I have to take a chance and would buy the stock meself and then put it up for sale once I have the product and if it looks good then put it it the store . Like they did before print on demand

They are making a good product, and if I were to stay in Bansko, I would probably order a stock of that from them to sell. But yeah, i wouldn't trust them beyond that.

Wow, the quality and price sounds amazing...but...as you say, is the worry about customer service worth it? I think this will be a great company to order products for myself and family but probably not so great as a product supplier for paying customers. Such a shame POD wise, but good for personal use. :)
Daniel on their Facebook group speaks 95% fluent English and is always helpful to me. Never use their support messenger they don't speak English very good at all. I wonder if Suppliers like printful or printify who use Chinese for their all over print send the items to their own stateside wearhouse and repackage them without the Chinese label.
I didn't know they had a Facebook group, and even if I did, I doubt I would publish order details on a group asking questions- when there's a chat. So far from what I've seen of Printful and printify- nothing came from China. Everything I order from printful is coming within days after being made in latvia.
