Hello maam. I have the raw spc file. but how can i export the file in excel format or CSV format? when i save the file in text format the wave length data start from 400 nm. But i need data from 300 nm as my peak in the absorbance is near 350 nm. I need to plot the graph in origin that is why i need the excel or csv supported format or text format where absorbance is given from 300 nm. Maam i will eagerly wait for your reply.

Should the sample be completely dissolved in a solvent or is it okay if it just gets dispersed?
Must sonicate for 5 minutes before running it on uv.
