Hello hello!! It’s always so good to see you(oh, this is Jill). I love all your crocheted items!! My husband ( 61 years of marriage this month. We’re both 81 years old.) He’s had to go to a nursing home due to Dementia and other physical problems. ( I’m disabled and unable to take care of him.) So I’ve gotten busy making lap blankets with matching Shawls, for the ladies and just a lap blanket for the fellas. ( to give to folks at the nursing home.) You take care!
Hi Jill! Oh I am so sorry to hear that! What a blessing to be with him for so many years and counting! Keeping busy helps keep us young. A friend is going to be talking to me about possibly making crochet slippers for a local nursing home.. I’m guessing just like a simple slip on style to keep their feet warm. I wish I had more time to crochet for sure, lol. You also take care and I really enjoy hearing from you!! ❤❤
A newborn blanket that is small, I can see a toddler playing with it, dragging it around and being her favorite, must have blanket for naps and comfort!! You mentioned the Halloween doll at the end of your video. What about a neutral colored doll with "accessories" for the different holidays?? A scarf, hat, headband, etc. that can change for the upcoming holiday? That would have her out all year and celebrating!!
