Hi Devi! i usually find it hard to relax in the puppy pose as i constantly feel a forward push sensation like i'm going to tumble over.. how should i go about this pose?
Hi Xuan - It's hard for me to know why this is happening without seeing your puppy pose, but here are a few ideas: (1) try widening the knees; (2) try bringing the knees forward, so that it's almost a child's pose, but with the hips suspended higher; (3) Rather than placing hands and forearms on the floor, use something higher up like a chair seat, the edge of a bed or sofa, or on a yoga bolster or two yoga blocks. Let me know if any of this helps!
