    Loving this one and more bed time sessions. I wanted to have an evening routine for a while, but didn't get to it. With these bed time yin yoga sessions it is easy to stick to as I really enjoy them totally. Thank you so much!

    That was so perfect. I definitely enjoy full length yin yoga classes but sometimes a short yin sequence is just what you need. Thank you , Devi

    I found out that when I do your rainbow in spinal twist I can put both shoulders and knees on both sides on the ground. Thx❤😊❤.

    Hi Devi! i usually find it hard to relax in the puppy pose as i constantly feel a forward push sensation like i'm going to tumble over.. how should i go about this pose?

      Hi Xuan - It's hard for me to know why this is happening without seeing your puppy pose, but here are a few ideas: (1) try widening the knees; (2) try bringing the knees forward, so that it's almost a child's pose, but with the hips suspended higher; (3) Rather than placing hands and forearms on the floor, use something higher up like a chair seat, the edge of a bed or sofa, or on a yoga bolster or two yoga blocks. Let me know if any of this helps!
