You don’t need the amulet to speak to the broken construct and get the chisel. You can speak with it after Lydusa curses you on your first playthrough.

yea but it allows for quicker access if you already have and are helping a buddy
Wouldn't call it quicker access, requires the the DLC to have been played 3 times, while using the curse to speak to the statue can be done during your 1st playthrough
@blizzyrat4738 even if they don't have dlc they can still get untill they do I have a couple buddies I helped get all dlc items yet don't have dlc they just collectors
@@vengefulgogeta7168 The amulet actually doesn't let you speak to the statue at all, though. The video is just plain wrong about that. The curse from Lydusa is the only thing that lets you understand the stone.
1:06 the shovel might be the strongest weapon if you can just easily penetrate alien metal to dig the ground underneath.
You don't need Echo of the Forest to understand the broken stone soldier. Lydusa's Curse is what allows to to understand what he's saying in order to get the Stoneshaper's Chisel.

It’s such an OP melee weapon. Unlimited ammo essentially
Thorn is actually insane. Pair it with Detonation Trigger and Fetid Wounds, with Ritualist and it clears screens. Build for explosive damage, and the mod can detonate for 10k. It's my new favorite weapon.
Fun fact about power stone: the range of the homing bolts is affected by amplitude, so it can home at up to 30 meters, and seems to scale with melee damage. Super good melee build choice for those pesky out of range bosses
If you got room in your build for it might be worth it but really 30m base range is far enough to reach bosses. That’s nearly 100 feet.
Thank you for actually supplying a walkthrough unlike the other videos that show up in top results for this DLC and say they're walkthroughs but just start every section off at the start or end of the dungeon showing them picking up the item, which is completely useless. Literally only channel that actually visually shows where the dungeon is supposed to be.
Man, they actually made the second Remnant better. I didn't think it was possible, but boy did they make a great game.

FYI Mirage can also be got, by after getting the essence going and talking to the Pan guy studying the mural, and turning your back on him and stand there for a moment, he will stab you in the back and take it from you. After that go to the boss, get a different cutscene and fight her as normal, this time her loot drop will be Mirage instead of Monolith.
I haven’t actually done this myself, but I’ve read about it. Walt out for blood apparently

Walt shows really what the Pan did all those years. The oppression that the royals put on the common reminds me of Egypt lifestyle. Causing the slaves to literally backstab a friend for a better life.
Strange, when Walt back stabbed me and i went out for his blood, after the cutscene and fight i stll only got the eye 😢 re-rolling now to get the melee
This DLC is a hit just like the first. Great secrets, everyone is patting down every wall, fun guns, amazing new class, and the lore of this beautiful jungle was great. Very sad story also, but cool to learn the Pan are aliens to Yeasha as the root pushed them into that world. Nothing left for me but to show off the new builds. If anyone looking to play on Apoc, get back to me, I want to start farming corruption shards again.

Monolith is so great, no heat beam gun, with a team friendlier fire tornado. So great.
I literally cant kill any trash mob under 2 clips with this thing in nightmare even. How you running it?
Mod spam builds let you kill it pretty easily
@@298cole the weapon mods does a lot of damage, and use skills, the weapons applies a damage increasing debuff on enemies.

9:15 As far as I understand, you can talk to the construct after you met Lydusa the first time and got “cursed” (skull icon above healthbar) it has nothing to do with the amulet. The construct talks strangely like Lydusa when you meet her and after she curses you, you’re able to understand her words.
Thorn is such a hazard in multiplayer. Had a couple times where the Hardcore Vet run I was finally getting around to yesterday almost ended due to getting blown up by someone using Thorn
It’s similar to anguish. They really should have kinship on when running it. Especially if someone on team is a melee build.
Kinda surprised we didn’t get a new sidearm.

We got 3 melee and 4 long gun and no sidearm 😔
For the Kuri Kuri egg
If you missed looking at it in the begining, and you progressed in the map, don't panic, just go up to the egg, look at it teleport away and back and the bird is going to sit there waiting for you.

u DONT need that amulett. Just talk to the boss amd go to the statue right after that
Also to rerun the DLC again, you dont need to run Yaesha on adventure as you will be rerollimg to get the correct storyline. Instead just reroll the new DLC again. It wont be one shot but it will be guaranteed the new storyline.
This worked wonders for the trinity memento and the Infested Abyss reruns.
Is the infected abyss always in the same spot (assuming it’s in the run)

Loving the Root Pan's Thorn gun and Monolith also. Found a mirage by accident but loving that weapon also.
You can get stoneshapers chisel by talking to the dude with lydusas curse as well. Notice she talks gibberish at first too, until she curses you.
Quick point on the shovel . By the main gate at ward 13 there is a tomato patch and next to it is a small dig site . (Don’t know if this was helpful or commented before but hope it helped)

This game is great easily have put 300 plus hours into just trying to get everything from the tons of random encounters/secrets this game has. Out of all the souls like games out there I’d say it’s the easiest to get into. You’ll get huge bang for your buck.

I have a 4090 and 13900k I’ve tried all the suggestions on Reddit and can’t play the game. I’m super suprised that streamers who have sponsored PCs with the same equipment do not have the issue that many people have with the game legit not loading or crashing every 2 min. This is the only game that I have this issue with.

I have every one of those weapons, my friend helped me get the polygun.
I use thorn weapon on my summoner cause now summoner get innate explosiv damages, so you combine it with new pressure point mutator, you get very good damages and extra range, and i dont have related gear's for explosion damages as well so...
You will have to go to the nest and look at the egg, the kuri kiri won't appear unless you get into the nest, just remember don't pick up the egg
For me I wasn’t able to trigger the bird unless I talked Walt completely each time I saw him
Apparently, the shovel doesn’t show up until after you finish the new DLC. I had to look up why it wasn’t showing up at the store and several people stated that it didn’t show up for them until they finished the new content.
I did the DLC first, but also had to finish the main story once, for the shovel to show up...
I thought it only worked if you also did the cook thing (Thorn). At least that's what you said in the other video. It's not bad in itself, but I'd be interested to know whether you need the cook or not. A colleague of mine also needs the weapon
No, cooking is just to get a new concoction, you can get the gun without cooking the egg.

At 7:37, there's a yellow collectible on the right side of the screen. It's near the jumps to the soldier, but I couldn't seem to find a way to get to it. Any ideas? It felt like there should be a way to get there from above, but I couldn't find any options.
You can't get up there, maybe try the amulet that lets iron float to you.

Can anyone tell me where to find Infested Abyss? I have done 2 play throughs, both times I went through the waterfall I got the PROVING GROUNDS area NOT Infested Abyss (also I beat the side boss in Proving Grounds & that didn't lead to Abyss either) & can't find it anywhere else either...
Did you start the DLC through the one shot start ?(sepparate button on the right in the adventure select) . Its a side dungeon behind waterfall on the 1st map . Its a guaranteed spawn if you do the One Shot 1st time (then it becomes random) .
Only in the one shot though . If you start general Yaesha to get new zone there , its random zones from the start

@@10-OSwords Strange . I remember having same issue with DLC 1 but I was just starting it from a wrong start like a dumb dumb .If you used the One shot it should be Infested Abyss .
maybe you reset your first try by mistake or something ?
Anyway , if its used already it will be random now .
You can try using Remnant Save Guardian to just check which dungeons you have (it checks as soon as you did the reset and shows which items/dungeons/events it spawned) .
Not sure if its updated for this DLC though

did the campaign for a bit. decided to buy game on steam for cheap ultimate edition
started game over
the "Campaign" is like.. way different.. why? I didn't meet that weird lady on the throne with the guards like I did on the base edition game pass
The worlds generated are different and random - You can start the campaign on either 3 worlds and each of those worlds could have different layouts, you've gotta replay each world layout in adventure mode to beat all the bosses, unlock all the items & weapons and uncover secrets

Anyone figure out a decent thorn build yet? Everyone just seems to be using the new archetype and spamming abilities
Well I did a ritualist primary with Detonation Trigger for my amulet and then you could use either Blasting Cap Ring, Fire Stone, Band of The Fanatic or Shadow of Misery to boost the burn dot, I shoot something with either Thorn or Starshot and I don't know if Amplitude works for the prime perk of ritualist but I can kill every trash mob in a massive radius just by shooting Starshot once or a few times with Thorn xD
I just added it to my archon/summoner anguish build with detonation trigger.
@sPaCe_NiNjA187 yea but isn't that just infinite archon? That's kinda what I meant....just ability spam.
@@ooanticsoo4475 yes. Its mod does great damage on the build. So I want it back up quickly. I mean if you just want dps just go with a boring typical HUGS build. But its not great with hugs because the falloff range is 39m. It’s more of a close to mid range weapon like anguish. That’s why I paired it up with it.
Anguish for elites and bosses then Thorn for trash mobs.
@sPaCe_NiNjA187 with thorn? It's a relatively low dps....what realistically what I'm getting at is viability in builds. Not sure if hugs is close to being viable imo, especially compared to infinite archon etc. Which is fun, but gets boring as well.

To mid broham I got into game couple months ago and it was cool while I was playing through the whole game but now yeah build crafting doesn’t make a whole game- and ENOUGH of yeasha! Got weapons to grind in D2 anyways!

For me I found the Crystal staff in a random side dungeon on Yaesha.
There are rules to getting the echo amulet. You have to make a choice to either get it with a friend or solo cant do both. Your welcome. But untill they fix that im not playing this anymore. To many bugs
It doesn’t matter if you’re solo or in a group when you grab it. But you must be on your own world alone for it to count towards your count.

That’s not true. Goddess Rest is guaranteed in one shot, it’s random after that.

Trash weapons,practicly unusable. Overall dlc is trash def,not even 10% of One true king.
This hidden stuff were cool at first gameplay. But not good for dlc's. It took us 72 minutes to finish the dlc at veteran difficulty and i refund it after finishing it lol. This should've been a free "expansion" even though its pretty cheap. Not enough content to play through if you don't want to waste your time trying solve boring puzzles mixed with terrible optimization. Mehhhh
