Open Homes Australia Season 6 - Sandringham

Jesse Raeburn and the Open Homes Australia team meet Joe Dimech from Leneeva Homes to take a closer look at this Coastal Hamptons home in Sandringham.
Upon entry to the home you are greeted with an oversized hallway lined with wainscot panelling and a formal sitting room with gas fire and built in joinery. A guest room and study run off the hallway which leads to the main living area, walking into this room you are surprised with a huge volume of space as the ceiling rakes up on both sides to over four metres in height. V-grooved lining boards perfectly join at each ceiling break, highlighting the skills of the carpenters who meticulously worked to build this.
An impressive kitchen leads onto a butler’s pantry, laundry and mudroom which can be accessed from the garage. On the upper floor the master bedroom is zoned away from the main bedroom wing, separated by a kids play area which has porthole window overlooking the living area below, a quirky feature the owners had on their must have list.
