That 2001 footage was so perfect. The camera work was amazing. Perfect timing with VC attacking the basket going the same direction as the camera. Looks like it was choreographed. Or even a video game
Credit for the 1987 play should go to Isiah Thomas for the pass, not to Bill Laimbeer for the finish. The best play in 1990 was DEFINITELY Isiah's pass to Jordan through Patrick Ewing's legs (his own teammate), and Jordan finished with a poster dunk on David Robinson.
The allstar game was entertaining before the best of the best compete with each other really fun and exciting for the fans it's gonna be cool to see them wide open really nice pass and dunk it's really entertaining the problem is it will get boring in a few years.
Isiah Thomas was the MVP of the 1984 and 1986 All Star Games (on the Western Conferences floors), should have been the MVP of the 1983 game and had arguments for the 1985 and 1990 games, yet, he doesn't have a single top play? His passes alone were iconic in All Star Games.
Thanks for the video cuz its kinda great proof/asset to shows how modern NBA cheesy, soft and full with clowns.. Look at the plays and remember the games of the last 5-6 all-star its disrespectfull, free slam dunk showdown, no competition, no team play, no rivalry friendships.. Its just clowning. too bad.
1987 Play aint belong to Laimbeer its belong to Isıah :D 1988 lot of Jordan moment blocks, dunks, lay-ups Magic's pass cool but ı think Jordan have better plays. 1998 pick is also could it be about Kidd or Jordan they had moves.. Kobe try a move make it but loose the grip and shook in to air and even he suprised how that goes in :D Alternative pick for 2007 -> Shaq's crossover against memo okur :D

What about Brian Scalabrine's signature full court stepback dunk he did in every year?
Francesco Aloisi or what about that 360 between the legs windmill he did from the three point line? People forget how incredible the white mamba was
No, it was his full court 720 between the legs to windmill
Francesco Aloisi that time he pulled from half court with both his eyes closed was pretty awesome too
Machiavellian he's done those on multiple occasions, I get his dunks mixed up all the time
Francesco Aloisi Explain to me those jokes, I don't get it
that Erving block is sync with the music 😂
Shit maan Kobe is a legend!!!
This comment is before he passed RIP
Disagree with the 2015 one. It sould have been the other curry-harden alley oop
Ya
Pedro Cunha VHS polis
That LeBron and Wade throwback was dope
XpertTheif21 yeah men best when they play together
what's with MJ's reaction in 5:04 when Isiah Thomas tried to high five him. Priceless!
Ryan Genuino Jordan hates Isiah
and people wonder why isiah Thomas is so bitter towards MJ
@@johnfollows602 They don't like each other, so not surprised at that
The hate runs deep between them both
wtf HAHAHAHAHAHA
@@johnfollows602 if u know bulls-pistons rivalry at bad boys era u know the reason
Great video 😃😃 I didn't even know about all of them old school plays 😄😄😄 Thanks for sharing this 😄😄
This list is a bit jacked up. Where's Shaq's dunk on David Robinson?
That magic Johnson one was like when Paul pierce hit that three in Boston💯
Passing in some of the 80s' one is insane
Dame's reaction in 2014 lmao
Credit for the 1987 play should go to Isiah Thomas for the pass, not to Bill Laimbeer for the finish. The best play in 1990 was DEFINITELY Isiah's pass to Jordan through Patrick Ewing's legs (his own teammate), and Jordan finished with a poster dunk on David Robinson.
Best players to not be an all star each year (1980-2017
Yes
MIKE CONLEY
1990 All-star game best talent on one court in the history of basketball, awed by that talent.
worst/most embarrassing play by each team
2016 should have been curry making that half court shot like come on
This magic johnson play in 83 always makes me confuse, i wish more camera angles
I would say that by 2004, All-Star game defense had all but gone extinct....
0:58 magic the goat also I like how every lebron one was wide open
Most of them were then I saw all dunks open and one block by kobe on him
The allstar game was entertaining before the best of the best compete with each other really fun and exciting for the fans it's gonna be cool to see them wide open really nice pass and dunk it's really entertaining the problem is it will get boring in a few years.
Right lol, like the one in which he posterized Nowitzki and there were 3 other players in the paint too.
Why you makin a deal bout I've always been a bron fan just sayn almost every play he was open
Ayye this was my idea !!
95 - 05 best years of the nba
They were competitive even in the all star games
now i can say i was here before 1000 views
so can I but I don't brag about it
Used the wrong Curry and Harden sequence for the 2015 one. Still a great video!
WHAT IS THE INSTRUMENTAL FOR ATHLECTIC CASES???
TheMobleyG I've been wondering this for so long
Feliz - Churches (BDM Deluxe)
Before LeBron and Curry era, NBA so fucking insane!
Nice video
That Jason Kidd play didnt even make the cut for 1996 all star highlight video on another channel(just sad)
You can see the transition. Once it hit 2000, defense became optional
Where's Giannis jumping over curry
That was 2017
We need CGI to fix the lack of HD and the length of the shorts for the earlier videos.
7:48 That Chris Paul reaction... :D
nice video
U do realize if u don't link the person that did the instrumental your not giving them the recognition for their time getting rid of the vocals.
What's the name of the instrumental song? Where can I find this?
2002, 2004, 2005, 2010. It's called "Dinner's Served". Have these commentators never played NBA STREET before???
SMFH 2001 Should be the most iconic all star play sver "Kobe to garnett BACK TO KOBE OOOOOH"
1998 i mean lol
good old times..my alltime favorite moment from allstar weekend along with shaq off the backboard from 06
Where's Curry's half court shot in 2016?
Pro Player True
Pro Player no
Pro Player Doesn't make a difference, Because he blow a 3-1 lead 😂
Pro Player true
What a beautiful duel with Kobe against LeBron !
"Defense, we're talking about defense right now?!!"
You should do best player each year
0:37. Aaaaaahh defense in an all star game. Rare as j,as harden playing D at all.
You should do best Olympic plays and put Vince cater as number one jumping over someone
Can you do rising stars and celebrity game next
Isiah Thomas was the MVP of the 1984 and 1986 All Star Games (on the Western Conferences floors), should have been the MVP of the 1983 game and had arguments for the 1985 and 1990 games, yet, he doesn't have a single top play?
His passes alone were iconic in All Star Games.
If you pay attention, you can see where the NBA stopped playing defense and it became a buddy-buddy game.
Jalen Davis where
@@doctorswagj 2009
Kobe is here making plays Lebron is her making dunks
Kobe > Lebron
Jordan > all keep that in mind
Christian Lehrner it's all star game
SONG: Churches - Feliz
What about kwame brown 360 half court dunk Javale Mcgee?
T-Mac, Vince Carter and LeBron were the best showmen in these games
Sick instrumental!
You guys don't know but that beat it's legenary for latín people who loves freestyle rap battles
Might want to edit the 96 game. The Shaq dunk over Robinson was the top play.
Thanks for the video cuz its kinda great proof/asset to shows how modern NBA cheesy, soft and full with clowns..

2003 Was the last and greatest all-star game imo
Tracy and Carter knew how to put on a show. Maybe that's in their genes 🤣
03 unis were so nice
For 2016 I would've picked curry's half court shot
1987 Play aint belong to Laimbeer its belong to Isıah :D

magic nba beautiful game
who knew they used to play defense in these games in 1981
A lot of them 80s plays are regular plays these days
2017 top play: Westbrook dunks on his own teammate
Someone please tell me where I can find this beat
Feliz - Churches (BDM Deluxe)
good basketball in the passt i love this
6:48 rip the goat 😢
thing are gonna be so weird without wade this year
my fav is when T-Mac alley oop to himself in 2002
Was i the only one who enjoyed the wall assist to james in 2016?
I hate the new all star games... Now they don't play defense .
I swear you've seen every NBA game
Its sad to see what ASG became
2006 should have been kobe's buzzer
music name please?
Karl malone will announce his retirement in 1981 ??
2012 was the best ASG this decade .....
from playing real defense to showstopping
2016 should have curry's half court jumper
Please intro song anybody! 🙏
1992 you see that every all star game
Kobe kills LeBron
You forgot iverson's layup on Kobe in 2001.
Bird was from 1985, not 1984
What song is this
The defense gets less and less as years progress.
1986 should of been Dominique Wilkins with 2 360 moves on opposite centers
Each decade
Kevin Durant traveled on the 2013 play, how dare the refs not call that
That's the difference...Kobe would've never tried to chase down that block.
All star game meant something before 2000.
Where is curry scoring from half court
7:28 Not Travelling?
what about curry half Court shot
The best is 2016 Lebron and Wade . 7.46 Cp3 is so funny :))
Curry half court shoot ?
Bill Nye the science guy is the g. o. a. t
Magics pass is crazy so confused
2016 was currys half court shot.
RIP KOBE
