Thank you for this helpful video. I was about to order a 2-wheel hand truck to move bob. By the way, I took your advice and filled with water instead of sand, It was easy and no mess.
I had mine that’s the shorter one you have filled with water we was practicing our spinning back kicks . My right foot slid I dropped my left leg and dang near done an axe style kick right to the top edge of mine and cracked it , and thought I broke my foot man did it hurt . Now it’s filled 3/4 with sand
If my wife would just be reasonable and not park her car in the garage I would have room for one of these 🙂 My solution is I found a gym with a boxing/martial arts room that allows me to "beat the bags" so long as I don't damage them. I don't think many gyms with heavy bags will allow this. I will add that quite a few boxer/martial art guys have had their eyes opened to the "possibilities of the cane" that they never thought of. One instructor even filmed me whacking a bag for his business.
